The Flyers should win it if they are in their game.

I'll probably miss the first 2 games as I'll be in Orlando.

haven't liked that team since they eliminated the flyers a few years back in the post season. Hope they return the favor this time around...

I understand you're just trying to be nice but Buffalo doesn't belong in a list of the best 20 fan bases in the sport. Also, this will not be a tough series. Miller will make the first game close but will get tired of seeing nothing but orange sweaters in his face all night.

sweep

as long as the same flyers team that showed up for about 50 mins of hockey on friday's games, shows up again in the first round...the flyers should win in 6

The Sabres are probably the team I want to face least, other than Boston. They scare me because of their goaltending and their faceless offense. Other than Vanek, who do you focus on stopping? They'll score with players like Pominville, Hecht, Stafford, Gerbe, et al. I'd much rather have played the Rangers or Montreal.

I gotta say, for all the talk about their goaltending, they have let in more goals then the Flyers have this season. Also Miller only has a 2.59 GAA, with a .916 sv%. Im obviously not saying Miller is bad, but Miller hasnt been super de duper this season. Yes their defense isnt top notch, but that still works against them.

That's a good thing if you don't have to worry about certain forwards. The flyers depth will overwhelm them.

I'm just dreading hearing highlights called by the bloated corpse of Rick Jeanneret.

Since 2000 he's sounded like he's gargling mayonnaise while doing play-by-play.

Gerbe is going to be a pest and will try and get behind our D constantly....Pominville and Stafford will also be pests. Buffalo always has pests! I hated Barnaby and Peca when we had to play them...luckily Briere is on our side this time and looks to be in playoff form.

I'm just glad it isn't TB. That would have been a tough matchup.

Tampa would probably own us. And I don't want Gagne to score clutch goals on us, I'll feel so bad considering it's like rubbing the salt in the wound for him going.

I think this will be a fun series. We'll win 4-3 eventually.

Gerbe, Kaleta and the rest of them will be so hated around these parts while Hartnell might never be able to visit Buffalo ever again (why he would do that I don't know though...).

Man I seriously hope they have their head out of their ***** by now.

Should we have everyone back for game one? Pronger/Briere etc?

Just a question... how does stubhub have tickets when they aren't on sale locally until Monday? Or would season ticket holders have theirs already and possibly be selling extras? Not totally sure how that would work so curious.

Had a chance to watch a MSG+ stream cause I was out of town for the Flyers - Sabres game before John Stevens was axed last season.

In the span of about 15 seconds, Jeanneret called Darroll Powe, "Poe" (Edgar Allan) twice.

As the camera was panning to the Flyers bench, Neale said how it was difficult for John Stevens to grow up playing in the shadow of his older brother, Scott Stevens. I almost punctured a lung laughing.. What the hell possessed him to make that up I'll never know.

woooo these playoffs will be amazing! each of the series can go each way. I expect a lot of long series of 6 or 7 games.

Is this round exclusively on CSN, Versus, or a mix?
