unofficial ECHL record? (goalie related)

Ran across this on twitter earlier this week. Looks like Florida Everblades had 12 different goalies on their roster this season. Sure only half of them played, but that still seems like a lot of turnover even for an ECHL team.

1. Tom Schaul 0 - - |
2. Ryan Zapolski 0 - - |
3. Justin Axelson 0 - - |
4. Jase Weslosky 0 - - |
5. Dominic Badolato 0 - - |
6. Brian Markowicz 0 - - |
7. Mike Zacharias 5 2.18 .931 |
8. Bobby Goepfert 42 2.74 .918 |
9. Jaroslav Janus 27 3.06 .912 |
10. Adam Avramenko 2 3.50 .904 |
11. Shane Owen 1 6.48 .808 |
12. Troy Passingham 1 7.13 .778 |

They may have had 12 on their roster this season but we actually used 10...

The Royals used 7 goalies this year, and had at least four different e-bugs. If they hadn't used their asst equip mgr for a few games it probably would have been more. I wouldn't say 12 goalies on the roster is all that unusual.

probably not, but it's hard to see who are the benched goalies.

I only knew of FLA's situation thanks to Mike McKenzie. I know in Johnstown we used to have rotating one gamers, usually about 2-3 a season that I know of. Without looking at old box scores, I'm not sure if they even list the goalie on the bench.

I left out the e-bugs. We definitely had a few of those.

But we really would have only needed about 4 goalies this season had the baboon behind our bench from October until the last week of February known how to coach. His coaching style made Cousineau look worse than he actually is and for that he was searching for aswers in the net.
