You can't email Lou, you have to send a message via carrier pigeon if you want to reach him.

I remember hearing something bizarre like that. Guy is a couple radish's short of a salad.

It could just be his on-air personality, but he really sounded like Kovy piped his wife.

I think Jim said it best when he said that Holik just likes to use bombastic examples. All the times I've listened to Holik speak, his analyses are pretty spot-on, but then he starts using his own, speculative opinions as evidence.

Holik's overall impression was that the Kovalchuk trade was bad because Kovalchuk was not a Devils type of player, and up until recently (when Kovy surprised probably every single one of us), he was right.

Hey guys, if you think Bobby Holik is crazy, you should listen to his father talking . He's the most controversial person in Czech hockey, being a great hockey player a couple of decades back, in his retirement, he became the most vocal critic of...well everything hockey-related. However, his credibility kind a sunk after one newspaper published an audio record from the time he coached the Junior National Team of him asking a hockey agent for a bribe to play his player on WJC .

Anyway, I have a lot of respect for Holik jr. given his successful career despite a limited skill set. And in interviews, he seems 100% more reasonable than his old man...he could be a good coach.
