Avery, Avery , Avery…… OK not really a rallying cry but I want to see him in…..
I want to see someone put the hurt on OV…. I use to really like the guy but as pointed out by others and by his actions he is a dirty player….. he’s not a crybaby like Crosby but I sure lost a lot of respect for him…..
Avery and EC in….. Zucc out (my 2 cents)…. Hopefully EC is off his Zoloft and Avery is the on HIS game……….
I’d like to see a blow out like during the season……
Gabby is on the verge of breaking out of his season long slump….. We have seen it building….. let it happen on game two.
Something feels different about this year. There is something that has me feeling different about this year. It could possibly be the Rangers never say die attitude, or it could be how close this team is, I wanted the Caps a few weeks ago, and I got the Caps.
WE WILL WIN.
You know, its interesting. I was talking to my father who is a life-long, die-hard Ranger fan. This guy has been through everything and rarely - if ever - says anything bad about this team. He is extremely supportive and always has this team's back through thick and thin. To me, he is a true...real Ranger fan...
...but I digress. I was talking to him today about the series and he thinks we an win this series. Deep down in his heart he believes it. I asked if he felt that way during the 2009 series.
"Absolutely not," he said. "Not even when we were up 3-1."
But - as you said - he believes in this team's never say die attitude. I love the support and optimism. I too, believe.
All we gotta do is get pucks through, neuvirth isnt ryan miller, we got this. Lets tie this up and had back to the garden pumped for MSG PLAYOFF HOCKEY!!!
We need a win here. If you come back home even 1-1, you are up in the series.
Down 0-2 is tough. No home losses yet, but a lot of pressure to win both games at home, and then you still need to win game 5 away to avoid being forced to win the last two remaining games.
I once read, many years ago, that Game 2 is the best predictor of who will win the series of any games in the first four.

Theres also a stat that says 61.3 % of teams that win game 1 end up winning the series. That's pretty high.
However, I don't apply that to a franchise like the Rangers. They're too unpredictable and weird.

I totally agree, there's something about this club that I really like and have confidence in.
Run in there against the caps like savage warriors fellas.
Christensen with Gaborik on the "first line." I like it, they had some chemistry at the end of last year, good chance for gaborik to get out of his slump
