Perfect set up for Schenn to play his 9th game, but we all know that makes too much sense for DL and TM.

Schenn. He can play a game without burning a year. If he performs, then keep him. If not, send him to Manchester.

The Kings will probably use Moller. Schenn is too fragile.

The only answer is Schenn.

1. He's not in Manchester and not playing tonight for them
2. He has one game left to play before he takes a year off his contract
3. If he does well and makes a considerable impact, you keep him up and go for the Sharks' throat. If he doesn't and struggles, just send him back down and welcome Stoll back with open arms in Los Angeles

It sounds pretty perfect.

It has to be Schenn. Give him his shot. He earned it. One game, and see how it goes.

One game for Stoll. LAK may call up Brayden Schenn from AHL to fill void.

Be right Bob, be right

The safer choice is Moller, since he has played center and has the most NHL experience.

The sexier choice is Schenn. Perfect excuse to get him exactly one NHL playoff game under his belt.

I went with Moller. Terry Murray likes safe, not sexy.

Let Brayden play, dammit.

Moller is not the option. Murray didn't have enough trust in the kid to put him in the line-up over Westgarth in Game 1. Do you actually think Murray believes Moller can withstand this physical game?

Schenn is ready. He's been through so much pressure this year that I think he will be ready to give it his best shot.

LAK not anxious to throw Schenn in under these circumstances, but may have no choice. Pondering their options.

I'm so sick of this angle that management is taking. They are acting like Schenn is some dumbass who can't grasp the current situation; we aren't asking him to be Sidney Crosby and he knows that...

What circumstances? He's not 13-years-old. Brayden's junior championship run this year was more heavily spotlighted than a California playoff series will be. The kid had a team, the Saskatoon Blades, trade half their team away for him. Half a team for a kid who would be leaving 100% after the season! You really think this kid cares about pressure?

There isn't any? What the hell are they going to put out there? Handzus/Moller/Richardson/Lewis? It is nonsense. This is the Stanley Cup playoffs. This isn't preseason. The best option must be called up. The kid isn't going to be irreparably and emotionally scarred for playing in one playoff game. Let him go out there and do his thing, we can debate whether or not he belongs there after he plays his game. We don't know how much he has changed after his wonder season yet. We saw the "before" Schenn, now let's see the "after"...

I would be more scared to throw Moller in under these circumstances. I may joke about him dying, but he really could get majorly hurt if he is played in this kind of series. He got tossed around in regular season games. He really could get knocked the hell out.

Moller is the safe choice when the coach has zero to little faith in him (and rightfully so I might add)?

You can't lose by picking Schenn. You already know what you get with Moller which is next to nothing. Schenn can't be any worse and they've got nothing to lose if he does lay an egg. Throw the guy a bone.

If Schenn plays 2 more NHL games this season, it burns 1st year of his contract. But Kings don't really care about that to any great degree.

WTF????

Call his ass up then.

It'll be Trevor Lewis who takes Stoll's minutes/spot for the next game.

Who will take Lewis's minutes/spot? Probably Moller.

Wouldn't it be gorgeous if we called up Schenn and he does something insane like score 3 goals tomorrow night? One can dream.

This, with Harrold taking the extra forward spot. Come on, we know how it'll work and it should not shock anyone when it happens.
