This has been a year long problem, not just this game.He's been guilty all season long and he [or the coaches] have yet to correct it.

I would have liked to have seen him step aside and give Quick a better look on the GWG. Quick looked like he was screened by Simmonds.

Simmonds doesn't have the talent to back up the amount of time he ends up with the puck on the half board.

He has a knack of getting the puck through hard word but then has no support to accomplish anything with it.

Hopefully, the leaders in the organization don't subscribe to this line of thinking - but if they do, it would explain more than a few things.

Simmonds has exceptional skill at retaining the puck along the boards. He just needs to learn how to handle the puck after that. No worries man...he's young.
