There is regular season Martin.

And then there is playoff season Martin who turns into a motivating guru.

Amen. Third period was vintage Martin, a clinic.

OMG, I cant believe that I am pumping Martin. Where was this during the regular season. Martin did something that I havent seen in a while. After Ryan White came back to the bench after his shift, JM grabbed him by the shoulders and talked to him for a few moments. Awesome job.
Martin is obviously using the regular season as a time to prepare exactly for this. Everything they work on during the season game in and game out, makes them a very strong playoff team.

The Bruins were less competitive tonight than the other night. They were always second on the puck... Price was great but you still figure they can put up more of a fight (with or without Chara).

Great win and such a clinic out there when it comes to road hockey!
Keys to game 2:

1. Great defense
2. Price was great
3. Timely goals
4. Blocked shots
5. High compete level (grinding out a win)

I think this team is much different than the one that let a 2-0 series lead slip away against Carolina. They are too smart and experienced to do that. They probably will go back to the Bell Centre and think they are down 0-2 rather than up 2-0. As well, the incentive will be there is simply make the Bruins pay next game by winning on home ice. Lastly, the Bruins are fragile mentally and this may be too much for them to come back from. Cant wait for Monday!

That was a solid fight by Wiz.

PK played great again.

Pleks, Pyatt, and Eller were shut down artists all game.

Price was great. The D blocked a ton of shots.

Just another terrific team game.

Very cool and calm. And very respectful. Awesome kid.

And................our Bulldogs take game 2.
I saw the same interview. Jacques Martin has this team focused. There will be no happiness and all business until mission is accomplished. PK's interview, while short, was perfectly awesome.

Without Chara, they looked very WEAK.

The Versus guys were talking about how Nathan Horton has disappeared.

Simple reason..........anger management. I have never seen a hockey player that mad as he was tonight.

I love my Habs. I love this team. I love our players and I love our goalie. The team feels so confident infront of him.

I like the pattern that this team is developing dating back to last playoffs where they score early, and shut the door defensively.

It doesn't matter, Rask, Thomas, they both play ill vs. the Habs. It seems the Habs just have their number this season around.

Guys that freak out like Torterella and Julien and all the other guys just look like idiots in the end. Hockey is a game of ups and downs and keeping things modest and nice and calm is always the best way to go. For all the people here that are worried about the players getting cocky and thinking they have already beaten Boston, come on, just look at how composed our guys were in Boston, complete class and heart, they have the eyes on a bigger prize. GO HABS GO!!!!!!!!!
