I was thinking the same (although is this one legit or fan-made?) about the Gio one. Let's win the series first before the whole "beating their rivals" stuff.
Healy is the ultimate Habs jinxer although so far he has been ineffective. We might just have ourselves a team to really believe in.
Thanks for nice comments I guess you can pm me request for any kind of hockey vid, that would help me for ideas, also make sure you check my other vids
Crappy playoffs songs from local radios desperate for ratings
I thought it would be great to make a thread about all the songs that will be made about the team, i haven't listen to any but one, since it's always very cheesy, but the Spornographe was is hilarious.
Not a fan of Habs songs in general, not even Anakin Slayd's; especially his new one. I appreciate the effort, but I think it's ridiculous he's still trying to ride the success of that one song and re-using the same beat over and over again.

I somewhat agreed. I would have been okay with another beat, but the "Don't stop believing" beat just works so well with the idea of the Habs in the playoffs.

I get what you're saying, but Slayd's obviously passionate enough about the Habs to take the time to do this every year; plus Helena Marie =
Cammy also was looking forward to Slayd's new song on Twitter, so he might have fans in the dressing room too.

It's true that "Don't Stop Believing" fits well. I guess I'm just a hard-ass when it comes to Habs-related music. Slayd's song has great audio quality and a great beat, but he's not even trying to be original. I guess you don't need to be when you're dealing with a fanbase like ours comprised of many just waiting to jump on anything Habs-related for chills and frills' sake.
Still, same beat, same 'bust my xxxx shirt and rock it', same flow, etc. As an artist myself, I'd feel a bit cheap to constantly rehash the same concept. It works and people are liking it though, so I guess I'm in the minority here, but I stand by my opinion.
