(Good news for us STH after we took such huge losses this year!)
This has basically been the same the last several years that the Rangers get in the Playoffs. If they don,t close out the Caps in 4 or 5 games the prices will jump over $200 for game 6.

Face for the 400's for STH's is 68 before you do the ten percent discount if you payed early.

really? do you have full season tix or partial? i have a six game 'flex' pack, i got to purchase before general public but the face was 75. also, if you don't mind my asking, what was the max number of tix you were allowed to purchase for the playoffs

They're my father's full seasons and we just re upped with the 2 we had for the playoffs so I don't know. The half season and other partial plans usually cost a tad more than full season prices.

Seats in the 300,s not center ice are $92 minus the 10% discount. I have a good relationship with my rep so I was able to add 4 tickets before the presale to my account but I have friends who were shut out.

so you have 10 seats for the games? That's impressive...

On a side note, I'm looking for a pair anywhere in the 300's for game 3 on Sunday. Can anyone help a brother out?

See I don't understand this because I paid like 780 (pay by round) for the 3 games in section 340 - 2 seats in each. This is my first year as an sth. That comes out to like 130 a ticket right? Now if only the first two are played, I am assuming I get 1/3 of that amount back? This math isn't adding up for me.

They charged 4 games per round (even though we had no chance for home ice).

Whatever you paid you automatically get back 25%. Because the Rangers came in 8th place they won,t get 4 home games in a series . So basically the STH,s are loaning the Rangers all that extra money because we had to pay for 4 games per series. It is just another way the Rangers make money. They will give you the option of applying it to next year or getting a check back which usually takes a month or more but you only paid $92 per ticket.

You should be afraid... ha ha. I got a pair in the 300's off the ticketexchange but it was way more than I wanted to pay. You'll be looking $300+ just to get in the building and sit in the 400's if you buy on the ticketexchange or stubhub. I hate craigslist because it's all brokers that lead you to a website and if you find an owner, who knows if it's a scam or not... I've heard of people getting burned. No point in paying that kind of money unless you're 100% positive they're real.

If you wait it out until the night before or day of, prices could drop on StubHub and all those sites.

They will, but not until the Rangers are eliminated. If they advance, your home game 4 money goes to the 2nd round. And they will charge you for the balance of those 4 games. You will get a refund several weeks after the end of the Rangers playoff run. Like Chris said, they get a free loan.

hey guys, some quick help. Was thinking about trying to score a pair randomly for today. Be it CL or Stubhub. If I can get a deal last minute cool. if not oh well kinda thing.

If I do instant download and I dont have a printer, can I just show up at say guest services or something to print there? Or show confirmation from iphone?

Thanks!
Stubhub Noob

No because MSG really has nothing to do with secondary ticket sales. You'd need your own printer to be able to print them out.
