AHL PLAYOFFS: Manchester @ Binghamton Game 3 4/17 5:00 EST

Hey all - I'm at work and I've really been addicted to poker lately so I don't have a sweet GDT ready like last game. However, I will be streaming the game: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/pisf Next poster feel free to put in lines/articles/etc. See you at 5! Thanks to Syracuse University for 5 MB up/down streaming capability.

Also going to re-stream Game 1 & 2 up until gametime.

IMO Game 3 is often the most pivitol game in the series. I believe Hale is back, any news on Locke?

By the sounds of the AHL write ups on the playoff series, Locke is more likely than Hale. Both unlikely.

Ok it should be good now - even at 30 FPS and better connection it's still choppy but it's something. Game 1/2 streamed until 5 pm. Appreciate your patience.

I don't want to speculate but perhaps there was complications from the pregnancy?

The purpose of "I don't want to" is to acknowledge that I am speculating. All I'm saying is that we shouldn't blame Hale for not playing until we know all the circumstances. Missing 3 playoff games because your wife gave birth is unacceptable but perhaps there's some things we don't know.

It's not that it's unacceptable or not. It's the fact that we don't know whether he is playing or not. Sure if there are problems or whatnot, it's fine if you aren't playing. But normally, these things are told to the fans.

No one was angry or anything when they were told that Hale was going to miss the first two games because of the birth of his child because they were told ahead of time. No one said anything about the third game and if he's playing or not.

Butler, Greening and Condra better start displaying some of that NHL knowledge by putting up some points.

Give them a break. They need time to adjust to the fact that they aren't playing with Spezza.

It's like going from playing NHL 11 on Easy mode to playing on hard.

KK quotes

On Corey Locke's status: "Locker's getting closer. I think we should see him here soon. Probably not tomorrow (today)."

On whether David Hale will play today: "Probably not."

It was Bruins/Habs game 1, affected the turn out in Mancherster (2006 attendance). They had a lot more on the Friday (8588).

New line combinations are
Roman Wick-Ryan Potulny-Ryan Keller

Kaspars Daugavins-Jim O'Brien-Erik Condra.

The bottom two lines will stay
Colin Greening-Zack Smith-Bobby Butler and

David Dziurzynski-Cody Bass-Derek Grant. At least for now.

Via Joy.

Looks like we won't get to game 2 but I think we all know the outcome Can someone post here if there is like a pre-game on the radio? I have the streaming machine upstairs and wondered if I should go up there now to switch it over. Thanks.
