Not just the goalie, how about the supposed scorers?

We need more from everyone. The goalie. The forwards. Defenseman. And the coaching staff.

So true. Not exempting those bums one bit.

But that first goal was just awful and put the team behind the 8-ball all night.

The first goal deflected off Weber's stick. Not putting that on Miller.

I confess I did not see that. It looked like a soft goal, and I humbly apologize to Ryan, because he was quite solid otherwise.

Well, I didn't hear any booing of the Sabres tonight. We tried lifting you guys up hardcore in the first 5 minutes of the game but this is a give and take relationship.

I thought the crowd was pretty good last night, but I've seen it better. It was much better than it was during the regular season. We tried to inspire them in the 3rd, a lot of chanting and yelling, especially during the PP. But when they didin't convert, it did quiet down quite a bit.

Weird observation of the night...Our normal seats are in the 300's top row, a fairly rowdy placement for Sabre games. Our playoff seats are row 2 and I swear a decent portion of row 1 didn't even get up and cheer for the goals, much less get involved in the chants. And none of them were in Philly gear. I thought it strange to spend all that money to attend a game to sit in your seat and golf clap.
