Really Les Canadiens sont la is perfect. Melodic, easy to remember, etc.

Does the Bell Centre even have an organist anymore to play that? Ole, ole and Vertigo after goals are so utterly generic. This is Montreal, for god's sake. This is a unique culture and the best freaking band on the planet are from Montreal, play les Canadiens sont la and have Arcade Fire record a song for goals. That would be really cool (and they ARE Habs fans).

I think it could be a shoutout to our soccer team. I don't see why people can't chant Olé Olé! at the Saputo stadium.

I would love to chant the ALLER MONTREAL part from "Le but" song in the Bell Center.

The north american culture is a bit different, soccer fans chant during the whole game, in north america they prefer to watch the game and use regular and easy chants such as "Go Habs Go".

Does any body know how the "OLE" chant started? we may do the same.

Next season's goal song should be the "Allez Montréal" part of Le but. Imagine how epic it would be to have everyone singing that after every goal?

As long as it isn't an embarrassment like the Kraft official Olympic chant I don't care. That was just the biggest publicity stunt/joke ever. A contest to see who designs the chant nobody is going to use cause it's fail.

It was like "CA - NA CLAP CLAP DA, GO, CLAP CLAP CANADA GO!" or something retarded like that.

impossible. You'd have to have everyone sit in the same section at everygame to get an Ultras movement.

you probably forgot this

This is some kind of movement that could start in bars and then eventually make its way to the bell center. I very much doubt the Ole started at the Bell Center.

Ugh, no thanks on the chants unless they're short and simple. Long, drawn-out sing-a-longs might be fun for some, but I'd just as soon mute the TV and not go to live games if it became a regular thing. I appreciate the roar of the crowd when a goal is scored. I don't want to hear them going from one kind of screaming to another.
