Would you be surprised if Hank wants to change to a different city?

I would be devastated I ****ing love him to death, but at the same time happy for him, if hes moved I'm sure he would be on a championship caliber team and win a cup.. But this off season would you be surprised if Hank wants a change.

Sorry if you guys don't like this thread, but I'm pist off and just ****ing mad right now even if they both mean the same **** that I can say any thing right now.

I don't think he would do it, but if he did, I certainly would not hold it against him. It's pretty amazing how bad the rest of this team is without him, at least in terms of offensively. I can't remember a single game we've won 6-5 or something to bail him out, but I remember a ****load of 1-0, 2-1 etc games that he bailed us out in.

He seems to genuinely love it here.

If we grab Richards this summer, and then fall flat next year, then I could see Henke asking out.

He's this generation's Gump Worsley. Hell of a goalie but played on the Rangers when the team around him was terrible. Retired without getting to the Cup finals once even in the Original 6 era. I just feel so bad for him.

When games end the way they did tonight, God knows what he's thinking. It's certainly something a lot of us fear about in the back of our minds, but in the end I don't think Lundqvist would do that. Even if he did, I would be really upset, but I would not be angry at him. Rather at everyone else in our organization that has anything to do with controlling any aspect of this team.

Just don't see it happening with him being on a young improving team. It might take longer than Lundqvist wishes to have a legit shot at a cup, but I think he'd rather win here, and it take 10 years, than get traded and win somewhere else right away.

If we miss the playoffs like 3 years in a row, that might change..

I don't care if this were the Canucks, when you have a 3-0 lead going into the 3rd, you play defense and basic hockey instead of trying something fancy.

Why?

Because that other team is going to throw caution to the wind and pobably have both defensemen go deep with regards to the offense, and what do you know, it happened.

Although this is true. But since the 05-07 seasons he had **** infront of him, I would be annoyed of not having a great hockey team, but its whats the off-season for (which I fear because of the brilliant GM we have) is to improve. If any thing I can see if he even thinks about it I could see it happen next year if we dont make the playoffs or 6-8 seed getting swept or a series like this where you blow a game when we could of tied it up.

hes had the same ****** team in front of him for 5 yrs. money isnt a issue with a guy as competitive as him, he'd hand it all over to win and thats not going to happen with this team. I could totally see him packing up his **** and skipping town for a team that can give him some goal support and a legit chance to win the cup...cant say i'd blame him, hes wasting his talent with this rag tag group of 3rd liners.

I think he geniunely loves NY too much to do this now. I can see it maybe at age 35-36 we still arent competing for the cup(I think we will be by then, but time will tell), then he may ask out a la Bourque.

Oh yes I know this, if I would have to cut off my own leg just to win the series I would (I prob woudnt because I need my leg but it sounds good and I love my rangers )I hope and pray we have a miracle and turn this series around.
