BOOM goes the dynamite. This is your all star line. If they don't produce with a man advantage, then its gonna be pretty ugly

Threw together this video for game 4. It's not exciting or a classic pump up video, but hopefully it can make people feel a bit of optimism and hope for the coming games. I think the boys can do it. Let's go Bruins...

For a couple of months now I have been thinking of something for our PP; watching the caps rangers game right now made me want to bring it up here and get some opinions. Anyways, I love how Washington uses Ovechkin on the point as a rover (NJ does this with Kovalchuk as well). With all that space and freedom at the point a guy like ovechkin can dominate with his great shot, speed, and playmaking ability. Seeing how bad our PP works I think it would be awesome to see Seguin do something similar on one of our PP units. We saw how strong of a slap shot he has, hes quick enough to recover if the puck gets behind him, and he has great hands and vision. I am fine if Claude doesn't want to play him many minutes even strength but I think he could be an asset being that rover on the point moving around and making things happen...anyone else agree or have any opinions on this? Maybe I am off base here but i think it would be a perfect way to use him

No. Chiarelli and Julien have both said there will be no changes to the line up.Haven't seen anything that deviates from what was said earlier after practice. Seguin Watch continues.

There's been a lot of Clodensprach going on around here, and here, in my cups, I had a flighty idea enter my airy mind...and thus, and thus it becomes the virtual real...

I haven't the patience to do it right, that is to say "proper". My vino-attention-span was whittled down to 20 minnits and I have no real tools, but this is a 40 proof one, and if you have a buzz you might get a giggle...

Since Game 7 last year was on Prom, I didn't get to watch it. I just did, after about a year of refusing to.

Damn.

Anyway, Go Bruins!

I think he'd do so more often if he rotated around the net. He is so tough to manhandle for the other d that he basically can skate around and create on his own. Marchand needs to be running a pp unit as well. He is pretty creative and great with puck possession.

The first 5 minutes will be key. The Habs will come out flying and the Bruins will have to slow the game down to a halt. Frustrate the Habs with a tight checking affair.

The Hab fans will get restless and someone will want to be a hero(PK Subban) He will make a stupid ill advised pinch or go for the big hit leading to a Bruins 2-1 break...the Bruins score, now the Habs have to open it up...the Bruins leave Montreal with a 4-1 win.

Bruins 4-2 with EN.

We score early limit crowd impact and bolster Thomas' confidence. TT goes on to play well.

Looch scores at least one. At least one fight, maybe Horton?

1st PP HAS to score, no offense...pun intended.... but 90% of our offensive talent is on that unit.

Here we go Bruins, here we go!

If the Penguins could score a PPG tonight, surely the Bruins can do it tomorrow.

Why would you subject yourself to such torture?

I would have just turned that game off after the Bruins were leading 3-0 and pretended that they won.

I considered it. But I had to face the demons.

I'm not a big fan of losing two home games to start a series but winning two in Hab land would be a bigger boost overall IMO.

Chara creates havoc when he's in motion in the Offensive zone, with or without the puck. There's an idea. Why don't we have Chara and Kaberle take turns acting as Byfuglien-like rovers? Unglue one or the other from the point. Whatever happened to the back door play? Things are just too static and predictable right now.
