Monday night i didn't do my usual pre-game ritual..

-Play NHL 11 as montreal vs the team the habs are facing
-Win by at least 10 points...can get frustrating after multiple attempts
-Wear my jersey if its a clear night with no snow, rain, hail, etc
-leave my jersey on the chair with the habs logo facing tv if it is raining, snowing, hailing, etc...

i know rituals seem kinda stupid and pointless sometimes, but i really don't care. at this point, I'll what ever it takes to see the habs go all the way. and so far, every time i follow this ritual, they win. hasn't failed once since last years play off run. unfortunately the nights we lost i was either working, or in another country...

anyways GO GO!!!
im definitely doing my little ritual tonight!

That's good news, the Habs play better as underdogs.

Can't watch the game tonight I got training

Hopefully i can catch the 3rd.

I say Carey has shutout #2, after giving up the game winning goal on a fluke he will want it bad.

Price had better be good tonight as Martin is icing his turtle-slow-skating lineup with Sopel, Spacek, Hamrlik,Halpern, Darche, White.

Plekanec and Subban are great skaters, we need more guys like that.

Weber and Pouliot have got to be in there, quicker hands, quicker feet, quicker reflexes. Hockey is a young man's game.

Halpern's speed was notorious before his slashed achilles. Hopefully the rest will see him return with somewhat improved skating.

Also, I just played an online game of NHL 11 vs. some doofus who played as the Bruins, I won 3-0 including two fights (Horton and Marchand)...so there's that!

GO HABS GO

Winner of tonights game wins the series. Win and we are up 3-1 and there is no way the pooh bears win 3 in a row. Lose and we have lost the home ice advantage and they have all the momentum.

Habs 4......Bruins 2

Notso much in the playoffs.

I'll take the "slow footed" Darche, White and Halpern in my playoff line-up before Pouliot and his 0 goals in 22 career playoff games.

Tonight's game won't decide who wins the series. If the Habs win, they still have a game to win after that. If Boston wins, both teams have to win two games to win the series.

It's not over until it's over. True story.

Haha. He's a nice guy, talking to my dad now in the living room. Hope we destroy his son's team though.
