Do you believe? (forum confidence poll)

Do you believe the Rangers can come back and win the series? This poll is to gauge the confidence levels of us NYR fans in our forum. While we're not very talented, the Caps are not series closers. Just last year they coughed up a 3-1 lead and lost in game 7. As a matter of fact, Boudreu has never NOT coached his way to a 7 game series. Thoughts?

I'm gonna be honest, no. I'm really confident they can win 5 and I think they'll win 6 but I can't see them winning 7. It's gonna be extremely tough.

That doesn't mean that I'm not hoping they'll do it, I'm just looking at it realistically.

I think they can. Couple of bounces go our way instead of the Caps, and we are up 3-1 and Caps fans are having this discussion on their board

Honestly? No.

That doesn't mean i'm not incredibly proud of this team for the work they've done and how they've handled the 1st seed in the East.

I believed they could do it at Game 1, they sure as hell can do it now. It will take a miracle but they've been handing a lot of those out this year. (see: Blackhawks, San Jose game 3, Washington game 4)

I think they can. I don't think they will. Not enough talent up front and no PP to speak of.

If they pull out Game 5, I will have serious confidence we win at home and bring it to Game 7.

Nope.

That doesn't mean I'm not proud of this team though. Despite having some major injuries and Gaborik being non-existent (he's still hurt IMO), they've managed to make the playoffs and give the Caps a run for their money.

If they can come back, I'll be absolutely shocked.

No chance. This team has not instilled any confidence in me over the past few games. We blew how many leads and our PP has not come together. Theyve actually done the opposite.

Of course they can. They probably won't but there's always a chance.

I know it's the season of miracles and all but it's not gonna happen. When you have close to 40% of your roster losing their playoff cherry you needed your veteran leadership to step up the other night, on top of that the skill gap and you have an elimination that will probably happen Saturday but no later than Game 6.

Oh and to the lurking j/o Crap fans...**** off

It's possible but not likely. A win tonight at least brings it back home.

I seriously believe they can win this series.

It is UNLIKELY, yes but this team has bounced back numerous times this season. WE have been in every game.

Would be sweet too.

Do I believe they're going to give everything they have, and fight for their lives every second of the game? Of course. Do I think they can take game 5? Absolutely.

Do I think they can come all the way back? Doesn't matter. Just win Saturday.

I've voted "not sure", but I'm leaning more towards no. Just think we've gotten too many bad breaks. But I'll be rooting my guts out, and if they win tomorrow, I may change my mind.

I've seen stranger things happen. Not like this series hasn't been close all the way through so far.

I want to believe so I do.

If they can win 5, and simply take care of business on home ice this is a 1 game series.

One game at a time.

There always is that opportunity in a series where the door opens for the lesser team to push through the door and state "We are here for a war. Bring it.". That opportunity came and went on Wednesday night.

Still gonna root like hell though....
