How many bad plays do you need to see by Cammy on the same overtime period before you reel him back in? Well, eventually it cost us.

Enough of Gomez, send him to the AHL. He has more then enough chances and has failed to deliver since game 1.

Really believe that or wishful thinking? No excuses? The press conference is already written. "We've done tremendously well with the injuries we had, our guys had to play 1 and often 2 spots ahead of what they should be playing (though this is not far from reality), we have some great up and comers la Monsieur Eller, Monsieur Desharnais, Monsieur Weber, the vets will want to redeem themselves in next regular season....".

Honestly, there's always 5-6 or 7 changes even when you don't want to make changes but I would not be surprised if there were not a lot of changes next year.....

As far as Martin is concerned, Gauthier will make a Gainey type of statement. Gauthier will surely say that Martin is the greatest thing that ever happened to this team and that he's the reason we did so well and battled so hard.

Lower your expectations for your own sake.

It'll be awesome if the Habs do win game 6, and then game 7 is a back to back so the Habs ancient D can be exhausted after the first period.

Thats what happens when you have a team full of cement hands. You should be happy the Habs gave them all they can handle because the Habs as a team suck, and they need a few new players in the offseason.

I think I seriously have a problem. I get so ****ing mad when we lose. Especially when the other team didn't deserve to be where they are right now. We ****ing hate it and could have swept them. In fact we nearly did. What the **** is this ********.

I'm not watching Tuesdays game I'm afraid I might smash my ****ing television.

**** sakes.

Stupid ****ing game. So ****ing stupid.

Better luck next year.

Just when DD was getting a bigger role he gets hurt. ****. He was a real spark plug tonight. This loss is just so demoralizing. I'd be surprised if this goes to 7.

Yes A.Kost didnt have his best game out there..

You have to be proud of this team, the guys puished themself at the limit against a strong Bruins line-up..

I think our chances would have been better with MaxPac in the line-up and Im convinced that Chara really knew what he was doing about 1 month ago..

Anyway, you have to respect that Habs team, we are headed in the right direction no doubt.

Not at all... The team minus Gomez and AK played there hearts out... We played a total of 7 games with our #1 Dman and over 50 games without another top 4 Dman.

We lost a young stud to the friggin piece of turd Chara...and were given the "favorites" all they can handle!!!

we have a lotvof young studs... And we will win game 6 at home!!!

Our fanbase ******g sucks.. our depleted squad played their hearts out and some of our 'fans' still find a way to blame them.

We didn't get the bounces and Boston did. That's what happened tonight.

I think that even if the Habs win game 6, the fact that game 7 is the next day would really hurt them.

Hard to be mad at the team tonight because they played really hard and the bounces we're not on our side.

As a fan though, I am extremely disappointed with where we stand. It doesn't look good.

Bad bad memories are coming back... we were leading 3-1 in game #4 to take a 3-1 series lead, same as this year.

Also had painful flashback of the late 90's when we faced Hasek, this guy was beyond lucky, like Thomas tonight. It was actually comical at one point.

This is going to 7 games. If a lefty like Cammy or AK shoot that Gionta shot its pretty much a guaranteed goal. But I've been saying it all night I cant believe the puck luck the Bruins are getting around the crease pucks just land on there sticks and when we shoot on an empty net it always seems to deflect off there body parts and bounce out of the net unbelievable man.

I havent lost faith in these guys I know they can do it just a few bounces here and there our way and we'll get it done im confident in this group. Id love to lower Gomez' and a few other guys ice time but it sure aint happening. Remember if we win game 6 at home, game 7 is the next night so the momentum will shift right into the next night where hopefully we get the first goal in Boston and play our game from there.

I BELIEVE, GO HABS GO

I really admired the effort of all the players. Everyone wants to point a finger of blame but I thought every player on the team deserves a pat on the back. We gave up two goals in 80 minutes of hockey and the blame is placed on the defense... specifically one defenseman.

That is a pathetic assessment of what went wrong.

What is wrong with the supporting these guys when they need it? That includes Gomez, Gill, Spacek, Hamrlik and anyone else you might want to scapegoat.

luck ran out AND management was unable to do anything to actually improve the team.

interesting to see how they handle this offseason, until they find away to move Gomez, we'll be very limited with how we can make the roster better (aside from waiting for eller/dd/white/pouliot/weber to all establish themselves as big minute/role players so that the gomez/hamrlik/spacek/gill/moen's of the team can be relegated to the depth roles they should be playing

He could've dumped the puck in since Kostitsyn was deep in the Boston zone. Instead he took a bad shot that was blocked and led to the Bruins rush. It's just piss-poor decision making.
