Win or lose this will be the first game that has a clear winner half way through the third.

You'll hear the Ole chant or the boos to finish out the game from the fans.

Lady gaga has this complex about being small and short, which is why she always wears those 6-7 inch platforms.

If that isn't the habs incarnated into a musical star, I don't know what is. Small, famous despite a lack of true talent, and often annoying

I concur, because the Bruins vs Habs is like a Bad Romance.

I'm also trying to decide what I'm willing to do for the Bruins to get one power play goal Tuesday.

Maybe quit drinking for two weeks, donate money to charity, any good karma I can muster

Today in practice, Ryder was seen teaching Tuukka the "curl and drag". Ryder is backing up Timmy tomorrow, and Tukka is plays wing.

Haha. Go B's!!!

Just got word that the underground tunnel is near to completion under the Bell Tower. Bruins players will be notified on which face off circle to punch a hole through at the end of regulation or 1,2,3 overtime. Just win and get the hell out of there !

Probably posted already but in reference to Paccioretty's 'tweet' about Marchand's nose, Tyler had his to say on his own account:

Quote:
I #love Brad's big nose. #donthate
heh. By the way this is on his second twitter account TylerSeguin19, not his TylerSeguin92 one.

Anyway, really REALLY want them to close it out in Montreal. Would be awesome. But I have a feeling this series is destined for a 7th game.

Does anyone know how far a team has advanced in the post-season whilst going 0-for on the PP?

I posed this question to the B's alias i'm on at work and due to somebody misunderstanding what i was saying the whole narrative changed to something I didn't mean at all, so I'm going to pose it here.....

Given the fact that the last 2 games have ended in OT, and given the fact that a potential game 7 would be played the very next day, IF game 6 goes into OT, AND the scabs even it up, do we even think about the possibility of starting Rask in Game 7?

Again, i;m not saying START RASK over Timmy in a potential game 7 ni matter what, just with the scenario above.

Lucic needs to have his best game of the series tomorrow night. Bruins need to win tomorrow night. And that damn PP (should we have one tomorrow night) must start clicking asap.

too bad we don't have the option of denying the PP and say, taking the next 5 neutral zone faceoffs in the scabs end.

I wouldn't be upset if they did, because I'm confident that we have two capable #1 goaltenders.

Perhaps it would depend how long it goes, and how Timmy played.

I do know this....I'd hate to be the one making that decision!

In case anyone missed it, here's the new History Will Be Made commercial after our double OT win:

There has been some good movement, but there seems to be too many guys hesitating to shoot the puck. They're looking for the perfect pass and the perfect shot for a perfect goal. It's the wrong way to approach a PP.

Also, Horton needs to be on the PP.

Brick had a good take on OT opportunities that can also go for PP opps as well - a bad shot taken (poor angle, etc) isn't necessarily a bad play.

That's honestly how the Habs are scoring on Timmy right now. They are keeping shots low and fast from the outside which make it a LOT harder to direct rebounds away from the front of the net. They've been doing that all series long while another forward or two crash the net behind our D.

We need to adopt that same strategy if only for the PP. Problem is the Habs have the speed to turn a blocked shot into a breakaway or oddman rush the other way so I'm sure that's why Claude is hesitant to try it.

Bruins are the only team in the playoffs now without a PP right? That has to change if we want to go deeper I'd imagine.

honestly? i'd even take a scenario where we have them hemmed in and cycling and getting good opps the full 2 mins resulting in a goal up to a minute after the PP is up. Scoring right afterwards because your PP is just nasty and has the defenders ready to vomit may not go in the books as a PP goal but it is, in effect, a goal caused by the PP. I'd love to take that too.

I have class until 7:20, so I might miss the first period. Also, I'm flying back to PA, so it's VERSUS for me instead of Jack & Brick.

Can fans change their predictions?

Before the series, I said Bruins in 5. I don't mind being off by one game.

Carry the momentum and don't lose it. Go Bruins!

I hope I am wrong but it looks like from everything I have found nbc/versus websites and the bruins home page it will not be on Vs. Game 7 of sabres/flyers is on.
