The best part is not having to worry about the blatant dives and embellishments always being called and all the even-up PP's down late in a game. Bruins in 6.

You heard it here first: Bruins in 6, maybe even 5. The Bruins are the better team. The only reason they struggled against Montreal was because of Carey Price and Montreal a perfect counter to Boston despite lack of talent. Bruins are going to the Eastern Conference Finals. I GUARANTEE IT.

From a Penguins fan living in Springfield, MA, GO BRUINS. Tear the Flyers then the rest of the NHL apart.

slight edge to the Bruins

They have to fix the PP or it will cost them big.

Good luck in the following round(s). You have the tools (no pun intended) to go far this year. Now take care of those flyers.

See you some time in Autumn!
Thanks, MiG. Good series.

Don't worry, Chara's already planning to intentionally drive Briere's head into a stanchion

Great series fellas, gotta give a lot of credit to the habs for their effort, in spite of the diving, they did try very hard to beat a team that was better in every way except speed.

Yeah thanks i forgot. They play a very effective style that saw them get by a healthy Pittsburgh AND Washington last year with practically the same team. Dummy.

They had great goaltending and their speed matched up well with us. Not shocking that it went 7 by any means.

Congrats on the series win. It's not an easy to pill to swallow, it could have really went either way but ultimately you guys won. Not here to make excuses.

Best of luck against Philly, I don't know who'd I'd cheer for because your both evil. . I think I might actually cheer for you guys, just because I love Marchard's trolling abilities.

Enjoy it guys!

Only chance is for the PP to get going.
It would be nice to see Sequin, but not sure who he would replace.
Thorton was awful in the Hab series, but he will be needed to fight some of the Philly goons.

Good. This is exactly what I wanted. I want to see the B's demons exorcised. Montreal? Check. Game 7? Check. Now its time for the Flyers. I want recompense for last year. And I hope the Bruins do as well.

LETS GO BRUINS!

According to the main board, we're the under-dogs in this series. I'm fine with that. Hardly anyone picking the B's. Even a comment about "Tim Thomas is no Ryan Miller.. Flyers in 6"

I'd be cool with an actual sweep this time

Well, that's that. Congrats on getting the win in this epic series. I'm still standing by my Stanley Cup prediction for the Bruins. Don't disappoint me.

I've put that 3-0, 3-0 choke behind me, but this series is still redemption.

At the start of the playoffs Boston was a matchup I didn't want but after watching your series against Montreal, Boston doesn't strike much fear, and as bad as Boucher has been, Thomas has looked VERY beatable. The flyers beat Miller and should have no problem against a lesser goalie in Thomas
Could you please tell me how Miller is better than Thomas, I would really love to know. Thanks in advance.

We have to contain Briere. If we do that, we have a chance.

Just thankful its over. I couldn't take another game between these two.
If it's a goaltending battle against Philly something has gone terribly wrong

much better team to match up against
canadiens were small and fast
bruins match up against the flyers better

Bruins have better goaltending as well
hopefully the first line plays better this series as well
also Kelly, Ryder, Peverly, & Bergeron keep playing well

Here's to a great series. It's the Eastern Conference Final a round early.

Last year was last year. This year will be a different story anyway one slices it.

Whether it is you or us, whoever survives will have truly earned it.

You should really stop posting now. You are embarrassing yourself. Rask was the goalie who lost to the flyers last year. Thomas is the guy who posted a 38 save shutout against the Flyers this year and is about to win the Vezina for the 2nd time in 3 years.
