Sigh....first game I ever watched was in the fall of 83-84, but it was the next season where I was totally hooked. To this day I still have my first jersey, which was Mr. Jhonny OGrodnick. Good times indeed.

25 here. There are some great young posters but more that are...eh. Old-timers tend to be better posters. Some young people aren't very good at expressing themselves due to a lack of emphasis on reading and writing.

Yeah this..

34 going on...7. However when you don't have kids of your own it doesn't matter as much.

That being said there is a poster on this board who is a former student of mine. Don't think he has posted in here yet though..

I have kids older than most of you.

seen lots of lows and some highs.

Saw Dale Rolfe get a beatdown
Two of my fav old-timers Ron Harris and Ted Irvine
Ulf Nilsson getting hurt
The 79 run was unreal
Jim Gordon and The Big Whistle
Marv Albert and Sal Red Light Messina
Lost track during the college years...no internet, satellite tv or Center Ice then.
Should have won the Cup in 92
Took my oldest to his first game during the dark season of 93
Matteau
The Cup
Went to the banner raising game.

Crap I really feel old

52 going on 25, and yes I started watching Ranger's hockey in 1963, the year John F. Kennedy was assassinated, Jacques Plante was accuired in a trade for Gump Worsley, and Andy Bathgate was still scoring goals for the team.
