Started collecting clips for my next video: one based on the NHL playoffs with a compilation of highlights of sweet goals.
Not really sure if I should do a video for just April or collect a hell of a lot of videos and do it for all the playoffs, I am willing to take suggestions.
Also I'm debating the song I want to use, I think this one would be good, again willing to listen to suggestions.
Found a lot of old hockey cards before. Found a pack of 03-04 NYR cards I got at MSG. Included the likes of Anson Carter, Mike Dunham, Matt Barnaby, and Eric Lindros. Good times.
According to Wikipedia, Anson Carter lives in ATL now and is possibly part of a group that would be interested in buying the Thrashers, I was wondering where he went

I love Anson Carter. He was actually pretty good, and he got us Jagr.
As I was driving from the former seat of all NHL power Montreal, through the free and independent states of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts today, it struck me what an odd thing royalty is.
Royalty in modern times is something that is perpetuated by those who didn't actually make those great conquering achievements that established their reigns, but rather those who find themselves, because of a certain location in history and an accident of birth, to be in a position to 'carry on a tradition.
Yet, those royals sit there on their shiny thrones and primp in their hand mirrors and try to dictate morality according to them, about how you can dive, or how you should play, and how you shouldn't run a player into the center glass. And the rest of us, those poor filthy masses, are just supposed to take it. Well, a couple of hundred years ago a bunch of rowdy radicals charged out of some Boston bars, went down to the dock, and dumped the King's tea into the salty sea.
And in doing that, it struck a chord that rings true even today, that when confronted when imperious conceit, fighting the good fight is not only the right thing to do, it can be a heck of a lot of fun. And who has more fun than us?
I think that was just his cryptic way of saying he doesn't like the royal wedding because the bride's hair was flat and her dress was ugly.

Don't forget Perry. They'll all be Rangers before Septemeber, book it.
Can someone explain to me why we(America) care about the royal wedding? This is a serious question, and I normally watch CNN and keep up with whats happening, but not with finals coming. So..why?Why such a big friggen deal?

It's not.
A bunch of rich, pompous idiots wasting money (that probably isn't their own) on lavish celebrations while a majority of the world's population lives in squalor and can barely feed their children.
We're all wasteful at times, and it's hard to criticize others from the perspective of a spoiled, rural America white-guy, but this takes it to a whole other level.

Honestly, I've been thinking the same thing. I'm just so happy that after today, it's over. This damn wedding has been soaking up news stories left and right for weeks, even months now and i find it ridiculous.
If i had to give one guess it would be that kate and william are the eventual heirs to throne of england, therefore, it's somewhat of a big deal worldwide.

Well that's the other side of it, an event like this lets them soak up media coverage on something distracting and "happy" so they don't have to tell the world what it looks like outside of our comfy little bubbles.
I just woke up and all I hear is **** about the royal wedding. I honestly do not give a ****, it is just someone geting married. Grow the **** up and jump off their dicks
