Right now he's in that fight for what looks like #6/7 with Campbell. Since BC is already signed to substantially less and they may take a long look at Janik and Paetsch in camp, where does Jillson fit if he fails to round out the mental part of his game?

We can't afford to have projects on the defense this year. If he loses his roster spot to Janek or Campbell, Darcey needs to move him. If he can't find any takers, let him pass through wavers.
From what I've heard this guy had a very unimpressive year in Rochester. He's too far along in his career to be sucking in the AHL. Several teams have shuffled this guy out of their prospect pool, I'm starting to think that is for a reason.
His last years total in Roch was 13 goals...no other d came close....bad start to year (thinking NHL would resume) yes, good to very good second half, absolutely......BUf fans have not seen enough of him to draw a conclusion either way....
