Actually Flames Central was a really awesome place to watch the game (despite the blow-out). Their screen was massive and they even had a DJ sounding the horn and playing music when the nucks scored. I'd say there were about 30 nucks fans all together and about 5 sh-itcago craphawk fans.

Unfortunately, they are not playing the game tonight given long weekend and parties going on.

There is no way any of the bars will be playing the game with sound on long weekend.

For Canuck fans in Calgary... I'm thinking Hudsons tonight, we have a group of 4 but the more the better

I'm in the same boat, I'm living in NW Calgary temporarily for business until I move back to Van in July.

1. The Brewster's in the NW sucks.
2. More info about pubs downtown that will show Canucks games, plz
3. Apparently, Moose McGuire's pub, near the U of C, has a lot of Canucks fans. I've never been there before but I might try it out tonight. Schanks was very, very, very empty last time I went there.

To the guy in Victoria (I lived there too while at uvic), Bard & Bankers' and Upstairs are probably the best places to watch Canucks games, or at UVic itself in the SUB.

****, I miss BC. Screw this snow and sun and BROWN GRASS EVERYWHERE

Alright I'm an expert at this haha.
1. Melrose on 17th. (Highly Recommend for the Game)
2. Kilkenny in Brentwood. (Great Irish Pub)
3. Hudsons Downtown (Hudsons is Hudsons. Generic pub scene.)
4. Yardhouse on 17th or Kensignton. (Smaller but great food and beer)
5. Shank's North. (It'll seem empty but it's because it's the size of an Ikea warehouse)
6. I've never tried Flames Central, the seating there is meh. I would prefer Melrose over Flames Central.
7. Moose Mcguire's- ok pub, but it's relatively small and they just recently jacked up their prices which was what was great about that pub.
!

1. Brewster's sucks because it's a family restraunt that brews beer, it's not a pub.
2. Moose McGuire's is ok. They were great because everything was so cheap, you could get a burger and fries and beer for under $10. Now everything is super expensive, it just isnt that same anymore. I highly recommend Kilkenny over Moose's now for the game.
3. I would highly recommend Melrose for people wanting to watch the game on 17th. That's where we always go, and it always turns out to be a time.
