Congrats bud.

I sincerely considered law school a year or two after college, but wasn't sure I could commit--either to the workload or the financials. I was fortunate enough to find a great job right out of college, so I pushed off any future schooling to a later date.

Right now my plan is to go to law school, but i'm sure after a year or two of college i'll have doubts.

Good on you though for doing it, what law school do you go to?

I haven't played Bioshock or AW. I've played Mafia 2 for quite some time though. It's enjoyable, but a bit too short.

Max Payne 3 is another title I look forward to.

Thanks. My major was totally useless so I really had no other choice when it came down to it. I'm here on all student loans so I'm going to be in a ton of debt when I graduate.

University of Miami. Its an alright school, I just wish I got a few points higher on the LSAT so I could've went to somewhere like Fordham or Benjamin Cardozo.

When I was thinking law school, I really wanted to go to American. Or Georgetown, though I knew that was unrealistic. I had scored a 161 on my LSAT, which was the lower-end of average for American. My grades at college were decent (3.4, Poli Sci/English major), and I had good extracurriculars (college newspaper EIC, so on), but I still felt like I was more likely to be rejected than accepted.

All moot though as I never even sent in an application.

Bioshock is a masterpiece: 10/10.

Alan Wake is long and the storyline is very good; gameplay is very basic but fun.

The ending makes sure that there will be AW2.

Good call. Basically every school I was 50/50 at turned into a rejection. 167 LSAT, 3.75 GPA (Philosophy/Russian/Pre-Law), co-captain of the school Mock Trial team, and a recommendation from a Harvard Law Grad who I had twice as a Philosophy professor couldn't even get me a waitlist at G-Town.

You made the right decision. The legal economy is still pretty brutal now. Even some attorneys who graduated from T14 schools are either deferred or are having some issues finding work.

No doubt about it. I read an article that UVA grads were pretty pissed off about not being employed. Surprisingly though 90% of my section has internships lined up for the summer. Thats pretty good for rising 2L's in this economy IMO.

I was talking to my friend at the gym last night about the rangers next year if we land brad richards. This kid is a die-hard devils fan and never gives the rangers any credit but he agreed with me and said if we get brad richards we are legit cup contenders next year with our d + hank. If I could get this kid to agree with me on this one we're headed in the right direction!

...I just don't get the fascination for Michael Cera.

...And I think Juno is overrated: A teenage prego with a mouth on her.

Michael Cera plays the same character in every movie. A nerdy, intelligent kid who must over come adversity to reach the girl of his dreams. His characters do this EVERY SINGLE MOVIE!
