Everyone else is reporting theirs, so why can't we?

This puts Hecht, Briere, Dumont, Afinogenov, Connolly, Tallinder, Kotalik and prospective Amerks Milan Bartovic, Mike Ryan, Paul Gaustad and Jason Pominville under contract for next year.

Jay McKee declined to sign his QO.

Boynton got the same sort of treatment from an equally cheap team and is a substantially more talented defenseman.

We'll see what happens with that. I'm wondering if he's decided to walk or if he really does want to stay.

Hecht's contract is worth more than $6 million total, a significant raise over the $1.6 million he was due next season his last before being eligible to become an unrestricted free agent.

Boston declined the option because they wanted to work out a long term contract with Boynton.

And bundles of Bruin fans were all over B's management for it at the time. McKee is apparently still in negotiations as well. We shall see.
