Bos-Atl Deadline 2011 revisited

I was thinking about this earlier. Looking back at this past season's trade deadline, before Boston made any moves, do you think a deal like this could have worked out:

To Atlanta:
Mark Stuart
Blake Wheeler
Joe Colborne
Bos 1st 2011
Conditional 2nd (if Boston made the cup)

To Boston:
Rich Peverley
Zach Bogosian

Its essentially the same trade that went down between these two teams except that instead of Valabik (and Kaberle from Toronto), Boston ends up with Bogosian. Atlanta would get the package they got for Valabik+Peverley and then the package Toronto got for Kaberle, adding a nice, big center prospect. Boston would still get Peverley and would get a young defenseman with a lot of potential up side.

Do you think a deal like this could have happened?

Bogosian is going cost more than a late first and Colborne

atlanta would think about it and probably say no.

boston wouldn't offer it in the first place

boston made the deal in order to get room for kaberle, who right now is better than bogosian, and since boston was playing for right now they would take the better player.

obviously peverley never gets you wheeler and stuart without other factors involved, so we'll say peverley is wheeler and the conditional 2nd. that means in the scenario bogosian is getting you stuart, colborne, and a late first. not bad, but not nearly as good as some of the other offers that atlanta has already turned down for him so i'm willing to bet no.
