English ex-hockey player Paul Adey has been appointed coach of Swiss NLB team HC Ajoie at the start of the year and since that day, the team has gone mad. They get in at least a fight every match and sometimes go crazy and hit anyone moving. Was Adey a brutal player? Or is it just a coaching style?

28.1.2011, HC Ajoie - EHC Basle, 5x2', 2x10'
18.1.2011, SC Langenthal - HC Ajoie, 13x2', 1x10'
02.1.2011, EHC Olten - HC Ajoie, 6x2' and 1 match penalty against a 44 year old guy who had never had a match penalty in his life and suddenly decided to put his stick in an other players head ()
And this is for January ALONE (there were other plays where up to 3 players got sent off, or other headcrushings)

Adey is from Quebec so not an English hockey player, but he did play in the UK for a while with Nottingham, broke all the scoring records and had his number retired, went to play somewhere else in europe then came back and coached for a few seasons, won a couple of trophies. The team never had a reputation for being dirty either while he was playing or coaching.
also as a coach his challenge cup win was the panthers first trophy in 6 years, 1 trophy in 3 season's isn't bad really, we've just been spoiled over the last few years.
