So deep at goaltending it isn't even funny.

Quick, Bernier, Jones, Zatkoff, Berube. Keepers galore.

It's also interesting to note that every single goaltending prospect the Kings own the rights to is now signed.

Why haven't the Kings or Hammond announced it?

It's the offseason. Things are a little slow on Figueroa this time of year.

IMO Berube is a big of a sleeper. He has some good potential and I'm glad to see him signed.
I fully expect Dean to keep the cupboard stocked and draft anther goalie. Magnus Hellberg anyone?

Agreed. For once a feast after a lot of famine.
I'm sure if Berube looks back at our goaltending history he'll wonder why he got the shaft in terms of timing. We should have arguably the best goaltending in the NHL and AHL and possibly the ECHL. Pretty sweet actually

If Berube goes to the ECHL, I can only see Nashville being competition for best group of goalies.

I'd draft him for the name alone.

This is kind of unexpected with Berube's injury... Will he even be healthy and ready to go by camp next year? I understand the desire to not lose him in the draft, but with the severity of his injury I figured it might be safe to let him recover fully and then sign him as a free agent. That's a scary injury for a goalie that young and makes me think Dipietro shich is not a good thing.

I guess the Kings felt the risk of him not panning out is less than the risk of him being grabbed in the draft.

Nice to see him signed. The Kings neglected Ontario this year, he should be good for them.

Kinda sucks that goaltenders like Zatkoff, Jones and Berube(if he is as good as I think he can be) hold very little trade value.
