Spacek and Moen for Commodore and Filatov

Columbus get 2 serviceable players for a little more than what they would be paying Commodores in the minors ( not something Columbus can really afford) and a player (Filatov) that they are losing faith in.

Montreal can put commodore in the minor and get Filatov a change of scenery. Hopefully the hockey atmosphere in montreal and being around other russian makes him blossom. Also give montreal cap relief.

Riddle me this: what is cheaper? Paying more money for Spacek+Moen, or paying less for Commodore?

Edit: the more I sit here, the angrier I get! You want CLB to take on money AND give up Filatov. Oh god this is bad.

If I were you I'd change my last name and address, because HFBoards is going for you. Too late.... the flames have arrived.

if you have 2 players that can be on your nhl roster as oppose to 1 in the minors. the math is pretty easy. Columbus is losing what, 25 m a year. they can afford to stick someone make almost 4 m for the next 2 year in the minors.

You had Ethan Moreau making 2m last year. You couldn t find a spot for Moen.

since you are so worried about Columbus's finances, here's a counter for you:

To Montreal:

Commodore
Pahlsson

To Columbus:

Subban

Columbus is happy for the payroll reduction!

If their concern is $$, its cheaper to keep commodore and leave him in the minors rather than take on money in the form of salary dumps from other teams!

It'd be nice if they added a feature where posts by people without avatars had a little warning label on them saying the posts may contain offensive material.

we shall see who will be on Columbus defense come October and how many is actually better than Spacek. Is Ethan Moreau better than Moen. Moreau made 2m last year and Moen make 1.5m.

Oh gosh!!!!!!!

These are the proposals where your teams get bad reputations. (ie, Leafs)
