Can't believe the Flyers couldn't get anything for Eriksson.

Is it just me or is it kind of sad that the best commentators we have for the Stanley Cup finals include Emmerick, Olcyzk and McGuire?

Burrows scoring is great. I can imagine Bruins' fans reactions.

You can tell by the look on Chara's face that he's about to crumble from all the pressure.

can someone explain the whole white-towel thing to me? maybe I don't understand the North American psyche as much as I thought I did, but isn't a white towel normally a symbol of defeat and surrender?

hahahah, I never thought of that. I guess the idea of the entire stadium waving white towels is supposed to look intimidating.

I don't think it's for intimidation purposes more like unity and team spirit maybe.

But why white? Taking away the whole surrender thing, it's still the 'away' teams colours. Wouldn't a blue/green towel make more sense?

Maybe less intimidation and more distracting. I think it is just that the white stands out more against the dark backdrop of the seats.
