Next time y'all should really listen to me when I talk about MMA. They brought in an absolute can that they knew he would murder.

It looks like they just plucked his opponent off the street. i'm convinced i could have lasted longer. that dude had no idea how to protect himself when he went to ground

The guy he fought had my level of conditioning, ridiculous. Obvious publicity stunt just to be Brashear, not the average MMA guy.

The league probably didn't want another blunder like with Butterball and Kimbo's publicity fights ;X

I like MMA to an extent, but that vicious mentality at the end of the fights really irk me... Dudes are clearly knocked out and they just continue with the pummeling until the refs break it up. There is just something awful about it.

You have to fight until the whistle blows... same as hockey... play until the whistle blows. Ive seen plenty of guys look like they were out, just to pop back up and obliterate the other guy when he thought he had it won and started walking off. The fault lies on the refs to jump in faster at times, not on the fighter when it comes down to it.

BTW, they always feed ham and eggers to guys already known like this... lol

I was under the assumption it was for charity. Haven't heard yet if that's true or not.
