I guess players assume that the Eagles are the halfway house for the NFL.

Wouldn't put it past Lurie to be signing reformed convicts to get a tax break.

I would take Plax over Cooper but they better make a hard run at Nnamdi and if they don't they better get Joseph or trade for DRC.

We have plenty of cap room. We need to get Nnamdi signed asap once FA begins

Is it true Plax said he wants to be an Eagle?

Brandon Jacobs said that Plax told him he wants to be an Eagle I don't think Jacobs would lie about that.

Also watch the Eagles get Pryor somehow just because of this investigation Andy Reid loves giving out second chances.

Not to be outdone on the media front, Eagles defy the lockout and sign Plaxico Burress, Nnamdi Asomugha and Albert Haynesworth, trade Kolb to Arizona for next years 1st and give Andy Reid another 3 years.

Juuuuust Kidding.

You guys should just dump Kolb for whatever you can get.

Not because that's the prudent move. Just, that's what I'd like to see happen.

I LOL'ed. And then I thought about how good the Eagles would be if all that happened, and I jizzed in my pants.

That's stupid.... They're going to trade Kolb for Peterson and groom him as a nickel corner behind Asomugha and Samuels. The rest seems about right though.

I have no idea how much longer he will be an Eagle, but Quintin Mikell (@QMikell27) tweets back and forth with me during MMA events. Dude actually shares some interests with me and is down to earth in responding... or at least this has been the case the few times I have mentioned him in tweets.

Stewart Bradley is occasionally interesting on twitter. So is Leonard Weaver.

My favorite person to follow on twitter with any relation to Philly, although distant now, is Joffrey Lupul. Makes me chuckle once in a while.

Eskin is making it sound like Kolb for Rodgers-Cromartie is already in place.

Ben mentioning for at least couple of weeks K Kolb going to Arizona for CB Dominic Rodgers-Cromartie.
Plus of course rumors still going around that we're going to pursue Asomugha. I think that'd probably bump Samuel to nickel or maybe safety. I'd consider him at safety because he plays off his receivers and baits the QBs, plus he loved to lay guys out.

I expect Dallas to extremely overpay for Asomugha though

Sweet, so we'll have two corners who treat tackling like it's the plague. This should be fun.

Also, the Eagles should sign Andre Carter for the defensive end rotation. Just trust me on this.

Who's the 2nd? I'm pretty sure the regular Cromartie is the one who avoids contact. Rodgers-Cromartie I'm not sure about. They both have size...

Rodgers-Cromartie was the worst-tackling cornerback in the league last season. That's a fact. Do a little Googling and you can see for yourself. If we get the DRC of 2009, we're getting a stud. If we get the one from 2010, we're getting a bum. His talent isn't in question... perhaps a change of scenery is precisely what he needs.
