Is he a top 10 center? Not so sure...but he is close.

He should be a 100pt guy some day...I think that would be his goal.

If he had a "true" sniper around him, he would easily reach that mark. Although Horton and Lucic are great wingers, they really are 2nd-line wingers.

It would be great if the team had a #2 center and 2 top line wingers, but I guess Seguin will fill one of those spots in a couple years.

To me, Bergeron is the best 3rd line center in the league...and although he could easily be classed as a #2 center or even #1...he is perfect at 3rd line.

Would love to see these lines going forward at some point:

X - Krejci - Seguin
Lucic - X - Horton
X - Bergeron - Marchand
Thornton - Campbell - X

Who fills in the 4 Xs?

I guess Kelly could fill in on the 4th line nicely.

Peverley could fill in on 2nd or 3rd line for now.

A rookie could also fill in on the other 2nd or 3rd line spot.

But we are still missing that TRUE, ELITE SNIPER who could play along Krejci...I am talking about a Rick Nash type, a Dany Heatley type, a Corey Perry type, a Bobby Ryan, Stamkos, Iginla, Kovalchuk type. Now, I don't like a lot of these guys (love Perry and Ryan though)...but that is what Krejci and the Bs are missing to be elite offensively. But I guess you can't have everything!
I think Bergeron has proved hes a legit second line center, in a few years he may even get better as he is close to entering his prime.

What I love about this team is the top 3 lines are usually pretty interchangeable in terms of being called 1st line, 2nd line, 3rd line.

If SAVVY comes back, would he be willing to be "3rd line"?

We are so deep up the middle even without Savvy it is great. Seguin only makes things much more interesting.

I agree Bergeron can be classed as #2, even #1...but he is so good defensively...it would be great if we had 2 other high octane centers...Krejci and Seguin?

100 point guy? I don't see it.

I think he'll stay around 60-75 points a year, maybe a couple of PPG years in the latter stages of his prime. But 100 points? No way IMO.

I would say he's an 85 point guy if he can stay healthy and play with players of the quality of Lucic and Horton. If he stayed healthy and had Kovalchuk then who knows.

Primetime is about 24-30,a high percentage of players hit their numbers peak in years 8 and 9. If they get Bergy a legitimate winger to replace Recchi he could have his best numbers year next year(year 8).

who cares what the guy does in the regular season'

come playoffs, he is dominant and elite

no matter who you put on his line, he makes them better. the single most injurious thing that could happen to the bruins is losing krejci or chara. its been like that since game 1 of round 1 of every year.

Also, there have been some shifts in these playoffs where Krejci has had a Crosby-like ability to turn off of hits and shake defenders below the goal line. Dude is seriously getting stronger and stronger on the puck and has incredible hands.

That's by far the most common comparison I hear for Krejci. People are always comparing him to Datsyuk in terms of style.

He's probably been the best forward on the ice in the 3 games so far, and has been much more visible than the Sedins.

That's the way I see it... same as Briere in a way.

He reminds me of Adam Oates a little bit. Class player.

The only issue is keeping Krejci healthy as long as he's a Bruin. Our forward core has taken a **** kicking lately with Bergeron, Horton, Krejci, and Savard having some degree of concussions.

Other than that, the present and future for Krejci and the Bruins looks great.

Send a message via ICQ to Rookie Chargers
PC is trading him for a PMD as soon as the playoffs are over. You can mark their (other peoples) words.

Assuming my math is correct, Krejci now leads league in playoff GOALS, POINTS, and game winners.

I believe his 2 assists put him ahead of sedin for playoff points
