If the Bruins lose this one they have no one to blame but themselves.

Lucic gets a penalty for hitting the boards?

Edit: it wasn't Lucic.

I've lost all faith in the hockey gods after Torres scored the winner with 19 seconds left in game 1. Burrows bites Bergeron and Henrik had that dive. They shouldn't have been allowed to win that game.

So when is Julien going to be held accountable for a powerplay that couldn't score on a bantam team? This has gone on for two freaking months, and in all likelihood has cost them the Cup. Seguin and Marchand have to make way for the likes of Gregory Campbell on every PP. Does this make sense to anybody? Of course not. What a total embarrassment.

It's amazing how huge home ice has been in this series.

The Bruins need to get it through their heads that they aren't going to beat Luongo clean. Throw pucks at the net and start crashing. If they tie it up, it'll be a garbage goal off a rebound.

Nice to see Seguin getting some ice time...with 4 minutes left in the game. He's looked good all night. He should have played at least 15 minutes.

Would it be too much to ask for the Bruins to care at all?

So it's going back to Boston for a 6-1 Bruins win then back to Vancouver where the Canucks win the cup with a 2-1 game? Weird series

And that's why hockey is the most frustrating sport in the world.

Should have saved some goals for tonight, B-Town. Vancouver wasn't any different in this one save for Luooo.

Boston didn't deserve to win this game, unless they magically sprout a PP they're toast.

Can't disagree with you there. When you can't score on 8 minutes of a power play, you don't deserve to win period.

Cant really blame it on the pp thou, i mean both teams have horrible pp atm. It was a tight game, it felt like Vancouver was a bit more at their feet today. But the game could have gone either way.
Today Luongo was the key, huge game for him.
(no am not trying to provoke or make people angry here).
Edit: i did miss the canucks goal, i hope it wasnt a pp goal Would make me look like a fool.

I would agree with the powerplay sentiment except... Vancouver scored 1 goal. Again.

So Vancouver's goal line through five games: 1-3-1-0-1.

And they're up 3-2.

Claude Julien, take your joke of a PP and GTFO. May as well have just lost to the Habs and saved the embarrassment of giving a Stanley Cup away on a garnished platter.

The Canucks have six effing goals in five games. This series should already be over. Injured defense, headcase goaltender, Sedins invidisble, Kesler invisible, and you somehow lose two games 1-0. 4th liners with the winners both times.

Said it last night, games are seldom won, but frequently blown. You can now apply this tag to the series as a whole.

Boston's game left a lot to be desired, but the fact that they had the first 4 PP's and couldn't do anything with it obviously hurt them.

Nobody should be surprised the goals dried up for Boston.

They're built for defence and the big out put in games 3 & 4 was not going to carry over.

It was a tight game and I thought the Bruins did create some quality chances.

Luongo had an excellent game tonight. HIs saves of Beregeron in the 1rst (re-direct & a rebound) were huge.

But the biggest of the night had to be on Boychucks' big blast late in the game. That one is the one I really thought was going to tie the game. Luongo delivered an amazing leg/glove robbery and the Canucks get it done.

Canucks have been outscored 14-6 in the finals and who's got the 3 game winning goals for the Nucks?

Torres, Burrows and Lapierre...there's no such thing as karma

7 for 40 in 39 years or something, and Luongo hating to play there, not smart the media knows that one.

You know what I could be happy for the long time Canuck fans to finally get a cup for sticking with their team, but all the bandwagoners...
Just so many bandwagoners who act like they are the biggest Canuck fan and then go out and try to prove it.

Bruins will win next game 9-0, and Kesler will get the winner in a 1-0 Game 7. The four biggest pieces of crap in the entire league will get the four winners. Maybe they can get Matt Cooke signed for Game 7 to assist on it.
