He's manager of Paul Di Resta, so has to go to every race. Amount of penalties against Mclaren is redonkulous.

I don't know what Ferrari was thinking about. The sky was almost pitch black and they risked it all with a strategy of intermediate tires. Sucks for Alonso...

Koba gets a free set of tires and keeps his 2nd place spot.

Someone just said that they're going to carry on until it's finished. Sunset isn't until 8:34pm.

I am watching the BBC feed and someone mentioned the race window clock (2 hours) has been stopped. Usually the race would be cancelled if the clock ran out of time but it seems they have a long stretch of time to go racing this afternoon.

A 1pm local start for an F1 race seems to be earlier than at a lot of other tracks.

Latest update from overheard team radio is rain for another 30 minutes, so plenty of time to go make a sandwich.
