I would be shocked that photos on our national TV would be photoshopped. I also can’t find a reason that someone would do something like that.

There is also new interview (sorry in Slovenian) in which Kopitar states that if Kings would be in NHL SC finals he would probably be cleared to put the skates on and play in it.

I don't think it's a brace at all...looks like that Kinesio tape stuff. I first saw it during the last summer games on Kerri Walsh's shoulder.

It does look like kinesio tape, intended to keep the swelling down. Great sign that he can torque his leg enough to swing a golf club.
