I'm a fan over 50 yrs and had my first season subscription from 66(last 2 yrs of old msg) to 72-there's a reason why this team has won only one cup in 71 yrs, bad trades, bad drafts, bad mgmt, etc-perhaps they will get it right one day soon!

Wow can't believe Raymond is done. He was taken out on a stretcher and on his way to the hospital. Good news is he isn't paralyzed and was moving when he left the ice. Hope he can recover for next season, because that looked really bad

That is very true but some of the bad drafts(specifically 03,04,06,) and very bad luck in drafts(07 with cheri's untimely death) has set this team back many years.
Look at those drafts and you;ll see what I mean. We all want a winner here so desperately but we're saddled with an owner who doesn't give a crap about us as we are and always will be second class citizens to the knicks! Sucks, don't it?

Edler didn't play the final 5 minutes of the first period, could be injured.

It still pisses me off to no end the LOLuongo has a Vezina trophy nomination with that team in front of him and Lundqvist didn't with the team he had in front of him. Luongo can be horribly bad when it really matters.

yea Luongo can have a 2.92 GAA and 3 shutout and he will still get the Vezina
Lundqvist can have a 2.78 GAA and 8 shutouts and wont win the Vezina

starting to remind me of Buf vs Dal finals. If Boston makes it through this game, they may have it on health. of course the Canucks won't give them the cup but it might just be too much for a tired roster to handle. I always felt if Buffalo had taken it to game 7, the Stars would be barely standing and the game would be theirs to take.

Hank will win some vezinas eventually, brodeur didn't win them early in his career as hasek and roy were winning it every year.

Canucks are showing the least amount of heart I think I've ever seen in a playoff series, much less the finals.

The Sedins will be branded forever more as talented guys who cannot even remotely lead.
Henrik with the C is so questionable, pretty sure a lot of Van fans will wonder about it too, of course all will be forgotten if they win the Cup.

Probably because they think they're a lock to win game 7 by 1-0!

Nope, I see them for what they and what they have been all these years. It's not like they have been mismanaged, drafted poorly, gave up on players too quickly, and made bad trades only recently. That crap has been going on since I was a kid. Look it up, gave up on rick middleton and traded him for a washed up ken hodge in mid 70's-middleton goes on to put up 900+ points with a borderline hof career; traded away brad park and jean ratelle for espo and vadnais in mid 70's- vadnais sucked and espo was gone by 1980 while ratelle put up over 1200 pts and park played till mid 80's. In 1976, we passed om mike bossy twice in the draft and tool lucien deblois and ron duguay, the drafting in the 80's and 90's was disgraceful and despicable. So, it's not a recent thing!

NBC caught him too. Arguably the best American player is not setting up a good image for himself.

Yes, it was masterful. H. Sedin should get together with Ryan for some training.

Diving is normally a pretty reprehensible act, but honestly, given the circumstances of this game I can't fault a guy for doing whatever he can to give his team an opening. I'm not excusing it, but I'm not going to condemn him for it at this point.
