Yeah an offensive D man. His name is Ville Lajunen. Not sure if that is who they ended up signing or not though. We will find out soon.

Maybe Antti Tyrvainen

186 PIMS to go along with 14 goals/23 points in 52 games

He's only 22.

He's that guy that is similar to the college players that we have was he not? Either way I can't really complain.

Makes you wonder who were they scouting that they end up with two finns. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I'd have to assume they were scouted for this years draft when they came across whoever they signed.

With Lajunen they were scouting him on Team Finland at the World Championships. I think this is more of a pro scout find as opposed to an amateur scout type fine. If that is what you mean? Though it is hard to say as draft prospects play with men over there. So it may be both areas of scouting at work here.

There were various rumours we were looking at a couple of Swedish goalies as well. So they are obviously scouting the Euro elite leagues over there.

I want that crazy guy back. The one that was suspended and still was fighting the other team during intermissions. Seems like a guy that would smack someone when they do something stupid.

You nailed it! He is one of the players.

186 PIMs in 52 games damn.

He said the other guys name but said it so fast I kind of missed it. He said something about one of them being a former Columbus Blue Jackets draft pick.

Stauffer said the Oil would release the news shortly.

Edit - The other guy is Lennart Petrell.

That's a big center. Petrell that is. Wonder why he decides to come now?
