I could feel the heat from the flames and everything. What a nice little venue you guys have down there. Anybody else from here check out the show?
You like fake bands, eh?

It's a bland decent sounding band. Idon't mind them.
Creed however blows.

I'm not a big Creed fan or a big Nickleback fan, but I don't know where people get off saying they sound alike.
Is it because both bands have guitar bass and drums and the singer happens to have a deep voice??

yes. they both have the "creed voice."
and also, they're both horrid bands. there's another shared trait.

I don't really know of these bands at all, but ytmnd has a page where they play two nickelback tunes atop each other, and they're identical... it's rather funny.
"This is how you remind me..." or something and another one...

actually the creed voice derives from the 'pearl jam' voice.

The only thing Creed, Pearl Jam, and Nickleback have in common is that they have singers with deep voices, and at one point or another, they wrote music that was played on the radio a lot.
Obviously, there are more similarities than that, but they have those in common with every other radio-rock band out there.
