How much those tickets cost in Stockholm game? I just found out that in Helsinki game the cheapest ones left cost 140€ per one.. Thats pretty much for one game.

1000 SEK / 105 Euro / 148 USD

There were cheaper tickets and there were more expensive tickets. Unless you have seen a bunch of NHL games already, it's absolutely worth it. Watching my first NHL game a couple of years ago has to be one of my life's best moments. Watching the Ducks will be even better.

Where'd you buy the tickets? Me and a couple friends are going to be in Sweden around that time and would love to go to the game.

I could use that info too. Would be fun trip to take a flight from Kuopio to Stockholm, then watch the game and take a ship (means lots of drinking) to Helsinki and road trip back home that 400 miles with some friends who's at Helsinki then!

Haha no way, didn't know any Ducks fans existed out here (aside from the ones I converted). I see Kings stuff all the time though.

Add me as another one, GREETINGS FROM LITTLEROCK CA!

I'm also weary about starting in Europe despite everyone that's going seems to be excited. We seem to suck at the beginning of every season, with the exception of 06-07.

Now you do, but two years ago? Nope.

Not like it matters, 90% of my time is spent in San Jose anyway

I went to high school with one (and only one) Ducks fan. Aside from that, I haven't known anyone that was a fan. Last year I got 5 or 6 of my friends hooked on going to games, so they've converted to hockey/Ducks fans now. I actually met more Sharks fans than Ducks...

I lived up in SF for the last two years before moving back... lots of Ducks/Sharks games out there (including playoffs in 09 ). It's fun to taunt their fans up there.

Ha beats my zero Ducks fans, although my friend is a big Canadians fan. Also went with someone that swapped back and forth between the Kings and Canucks. Then there was the Red Wings fan that tried telling me his favorite player was Zetterberg despite pronouncing it Zettersberg. And finally their was this sophomore that wore a nice vintage Mighty Ducks hat (one of those people who wear the hat but don't know what the hell it represents). I was going to offer him 20 bucks for it only to discover to my horror that he had wrote all over the inside brim .

I went to school with no Ducks fans either. Just one Avs fan that magically converted to the Kings when they made the playoffs last year.

I'm super nice.

Depends. Which kidney are you less fond of?

If some hack in Tijuana can manage it I'm pretty sure I can.....

If it's not in English, you can select language up to the right.

Note: You won't see the prize of your tickets until you press "search for tickets".

Edit: Some swedish words you must know when you select seats it seems...

Långsida = Far side of the ice
Kortsida = Short end of the ice
Hörna = Corner

Entre = Entrance
Läktare = Stand
Sektion = Section

One cool thing about in the Helsinki's Hartwall Areena is the practise rink below the arena and it's build inside to rock/granite...you can enter the rink by elevator or big steps down...quite unique and certainly it was experience for the NHLers when they were here last year...called it cave.

And that's not all...you can actually drink some beer and watch the game from sauna too:

Done.

On a completely unrelated note, does anyone here have experience dressing as a girl?

One of the female posters should be able to help you out there.

Edit: Beaten to it.

Do they have experience with facial stubble? The foundation isn't working.

Thanks! Tickets to Ducks games are obviously cheaper out here... but how often will my friends and I be out in Sweden the same time the Ducks are?
