Still trying to form the "lesser" brother team eh?

Better get going on the Rob Niedemeyer and Wayne Primeau proposals too.

Hossa played with Gaborik, they have some chemistry together. Locke and Foy played together, they have some chemistry together. Foy is an unproven prospect, Hossa is a proven player, so there needs to be some more coming from Minnesota.

Matt Foy?

Can't you be a bit more generous? And no we don't need D-Men, we have like 9 guys who will be fighting for the 6 spots on the team.

Hell we don't need players period.

I'm making a counter offer:

To MIN:
Hossa + Sundstrom

To MTL
2nd Pick '06 Draft

I would ammend that to Hossa is a semi-proven player. He's played a grand total of 54 NHL games spred out over three season. That doesn't inspire too much confidence since he couldn't really hold a job on a team that badly needed offense for a couple of those seasons. Not that Foy is anything great.

Hossa to Minnesota for something could be a good deal for both teams. He might find his game there, and he would be far enough away to not haunt the Habs like Leclair did.

What's the scouting report on Clayton Stoner? (The HF profile seems a little dated.)

If the wild traded Stoner I would be mad. He dominated in the whl and did alot more then the wild thought. I think he had like 65 points but i might be wrong. He is one of the most underrated defensman prospects.

counter counter proposal:

Komisarek+Hossa for O'Sullivan

Its over-paying a bit for O'Sullivan in my opinion... but Ive seen him play a lot... hes a North American Ilya Kovalchuck... hes gonna be a great player in the NHL one day.

That's a horrible deal for the Habs, you're shortchanging your own team...

Plus, personally, we don't need Komisarek as much as we need O'Sullivan...

We're short on D and D prospects while we have many offensively skilled forwards, so I don't think we should do that.
