I guess until we get our AL's stickie, we'll use this.

Trestman seems to be giving the keys to Whitaker.

I like Whitaker, and he did well in the limited action he saw.

My money's on Bernard though - I think he'll be our guy by year's end, but I'm hoping we don't have to keep switching running backs throughout the year as that can't be good for team performance to have a revolving door behind the QB

Agreed, The CFL is a passing game, but with guys like Colborne, etc you can always keep them guessing(At least we'll have a good read on the Ti-Cats now). I hope someone can crack the job though & I like both Whitaker & Bernard. I always thought that Green was a long shot, but it's still good the have him in camp.

Good move by the Als if he can get back to his Stampeder form. He was mediocre last year, although it was mostly due to a very slow start.

I don't see any reason why the Als shouldn't win again.

A bit more yard rushing in their offensive plan would help.

+ Besides Calvillo, who can QB that team if he's injured for a long period ?

McPherson would take over for Calvillo. He's not the best passer, but he's a good dual-threat QB.

I missed last week's game, so I can't wait to watch tonight's game! So pumped for some football!

Man, do the Alouettes ever have a wealth of good receivers this year. The only issue is that they're going to have to release a couple of good ones that other teams can pick up..

I keep

Richardson
Green
Watkins
Bratton
Rodriguez

And then keep as many of the following in order

Bowling
London
Baker
Deslauriers
Desriveaux

Bratton and Bowling are 2 smaller recievers, with Bratton being a speed guy and Bowling a possession reciever. We haven't seen Baker much, but he's looked good so far and AC was praising him. I would keep Deslauriers before Desriveaux for the only fact that ED plays a lot of special teams.

He's been solid ever since getting here and he's a decent returner too. I'd definately keep him!

Sucks about Watkins' injury.

BTW, whats going on with Cobb? Is he on the injured list? Nobody seems to talk about him.

Won a pair of tickets yesterday but can't go...FML!

Can't wait for the season to start though! I'll probably watch the game on TSN's website tomorrow or RDS if they replay the game tomorrow at some point.

THREEPEAT BABY!!

Ya!! Great start for the Als. What a beauty pass by Calvillo and the defence stuffed Lulay twice in the Lions first series.
