Weber is better offensively but Suter is better defensively

Yet another ranking that has Erixon ranked above Kreider. Looks like he is our #1 prospect.

I think it's fair to say that.

Just further shows how great of a deal it's looking now.

It's a popularity contest. No one on HF actually watches players before they say who is better. Hell, you chumps are arguing Weber vs. Suter when you admit all you've seen was a few playoff games of them.

This list made me cringe at how bad it was. Just absolutely awful.

3. Nick Leddy....I don't know where to begin. I'll just say this: how the **** is anyone excited for this guy? And I watched more then just the WJC, where he was terrible mind you.

MDZ-McI seems like a classic Leetch-Beuk pairing.

Guys, please try to steer this back on topic. There are now plenty of places to talk Weber, Suter and Rundblad.

To be fair, Rundblad is pertinent to the topic. Weber & Suter, not so much.

I agree. Tavares is the real deal and I don't understand why they didn't rank him first.

Tavares is going to be a top 4 forward in the Atlantic Division in a few years, imo. That's the one forward i'm jealous the Isles have.

Agreed. He's terrific. I truly believe he's going to have some 40/50/90 seasons in him.

Tavares easily has 50 goal potential. His hockey sense and offensive zone awareness is shockingly good. And those hands. Oh my god, those hands, those hands guys, those hands.

I was going to say you are underrating him, then I actually counted out how many amazing forwards Staal and Girardi deal with on a nightly basis and I realized how much of a compliment that was.

Crosby
Malkin
Kovalchuk
Tavares
Parise
Gaborik
Giroux
In a few years. I apologize if I missed someone.

Any 2010 redraft that has Mark Visentin moving down is a joke.

People don't understand how much of a development graveyard Long Island is, somehow Tavares survived the rough stuff. I think he will get 80 points this season.

Yeah. I really like Tavares as a player. Not going to enjoy hating him when (if, hopefully ) the Isles become relevant again.

To keep this slightly on topic, I think Hank and our defense (Erixon included) vs. Tavares and whoever pans out on the Island are going to be some fantastic games.

Hard to put too much emphasis on these type of lists... They are in many respects extremely subjective and opinionated... I would not have ranked Hedman at #2, that's for sure.
