Visiting SPB in early August, want to buy a SKA jersey, can anyone help?

We're visiting St. Petersburg in early August on a cruise, and one of our primary goals for the day is to buy an authentic SKA jersey for our son's 16th birthday which is the next day.

Our son has been an Maxim Afinogenov fan since his days in Buffalo and really hoping we can find his jersey.

In chatting with our guide company that will be escorting us for the day, it appears the SKA jersey's are hard to find, and may need to be pre-ordered. Our guide is willing to do that, but is not a hockey fan and would like some tips on the best places to look for the jersey and or order it prior to our arrival.

I've read to look for Lutch or Kait for brands, but have also read that is not who SKA uses for their jerseys. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Also, what cost should we be expecting to pay? On eBay they appear to be about $80 with dye-sublimation printing of the names and logos and whatnot on Lutch jerseys (eBay sample). I'm guessing these are much cheaper than authentics we hope to buy in SPB?

Does anyone know what we should expect to pay and have some sources I can provide our guide to purchase one in advance of our arrival?

Also, do the jersey's the SKA players wear normally have tackle twill sewn on lettering like NHL jersey's, or are they dye sublimated like the eBay jersey's referenced above?

Many thanks for any help some locals could provide!

Im not from SPB, but il tell you as much as I know:

this is the address for the official store
http://www.hc-ska.ru/ru/merchandises.html
there open from 10am-8pm

on that same page they write 4 more places in SPB where you can purchase merchandise:
Весь хоккей (наб. Макарова д.20, +7 812 327 09 48),
Мир хоккея (Ленинский пр. д.20, +7 812 376 93 24),
Футбольный мир (ул. Гороховая д.41 +7 812 310 82 38),
Мир баскетбола (ул. Бабушкина д.48, +7 812 560 78 16)

There was no actual catalogue of what they sell, but I would assume you could find jerseys.

As for the jerseys themselves, they are similar to the one on ebay. Not sewn like in the NHL.
The price for a 2010/2011 Dynamo Moscow jersey is 4500 Rubles, so about $160, and I dont
imagine it costing much more than that(actually seems like alot to me).

Although an Afinagenov SKA jersey must be in popular demand, or at least in stock, I would call to make sure they have it. St. Petersburg is a beautiful city and its like being in a museum itself. Simply marvelous and unlike anything in NA. I would really discourage you to waste time on getting a hockey jersey if it is not in stock or inconvenient to get.

Thanks for the reply. My guide has already contacted the team store and has those other contacts as well.

The team store has quoted a price of $200-250 USD for an authentic team jersey with sewn on letters, and much less for printed letters. I'm still confused as to whether the players wear sewn on letters or dye sublimated printed letters (like seen in the eBay link). If the jersey really is authentic with sewn on letters, $200-250 is less than similar jersey's cost here in the States.

As for St. Petersburg, do not worry, we have a full 12 hour day planned to tour the incredible sites within SPB! This is just a very small side diversion we're trying to accomplish prior to our arrival to surprise our son. That said, it's something we really want to get for him, and while we're in Russia to add to the trip's memories.

Thanks very much for you reply! Hopefully some locals will also be able to give some input.
