According to Darren Dreger, Robyn Regehr is in play. What teams might be interested? I don't think Robyn Regehr is worth much alone, so it might be a package. I really don't want Robyn Regehr to be traded, hopefully it is Jay "Cursed" Bouwmeester.

MOD EDIT: Real_ESPNLeBrun Pierre LeBrun
Am told Regehr hasn't totally closed the door on Buffalo, but wants to see what other teams are interested in him before making final call

i have ALWAYS wanted Regehr in orange and black. I would absolutely love for the flyers to somehow get him.

sadly, i don't see any way it could happen.

Anybody that has watched him the past few years really shouldnt be interested in him. He is no longer a impact player and hardly ever shuts anyone down. His two huge holes of mediocre skating and fumbling of the puck have become huge issues with the speed of the game ever increasing. A team really shouldnt offer anything more then a 2nd round pick.

He would be a nice addition to Montreals top 4. Exactly the kind of dman the Habs need so they can let Hamrlik walk.

Definitely interested in Regehr, from a Sabres perspective.

Would Calgary move Regehr for one of the WAS goalies?

Which goalie would WAS be willing to move for him (Holtby / Varly / Neuvy)

Possibly. At the same time, their worth won't be as much to us in comparison to a forward prospect.

...it's going to take more than what you guys are proposing to get Regehr. Good prospect + 1st. Good roster player + 1st, something along those lines.

Admittedly my mancrush on Regehr knows no bounds - but Boychuk was less than stellar this season, a major step back from his play under Ramsay/alongside Chara. Sauve still has some value, but ultimately IMO he washes out due to inability to stay healthy. #40 makes it worth it for CGY.

Chara - Seidenberg
Ference - Regehr
Kaberle - McQuaid
Kampfer

That defense looks pretty enticing. Although I'd consider swapping Kabs and Ference to go with the classic NHL11 line of pure puck-mover/defensive d-man.

I think I'd probably do the deal you proposed, but I'd try to get the prospect swapped with Hamil, maybe.

Montreal should (but probably won't) be interested in him. Would fit a huge need in our D.
