We had no chance to get a good deal, because Heatley had to be a classless *** and just tell the world he wanted a trade so bad (as long as it was a team that had a chance so no Edmonton)

I dropped a Heatley this morning and didn't look back. Just flushed it.

Getting Michalek was just a bonus.

Michalek and Penner are not "=" by any stretch of the imagination. One's a useless, fat, lazy player, the other one is a heart and soul player who unfortunately gets injured too much. I don't see the comparison at all.

Cogliano would be lost in between the 2nd and 3rd line - Smid would be the nice piece, but even then, we have enough D-men.

I'll take Michalek over anything else personally.

You too? Yeah, I had a huge Heatley too, I tell ya, it circled the bowl! It was a ****in' all-star type of Heatley.

Could the Sharks even trade good old Danny-boy these days? Would anyone take that awful contract off their hands (one that they inherited albeit)... At least when he's not broken, Michalek isn't just mailing it in.
