Sens (Unofficial) Draft Party

Anyone going to this thing at St. Louis' on Elgin? Not a big fan of the place but it'd be interesting to watch the draft with a bunch of Sens fans.

I'll be there! Why not join a bunch of random Sens fans and spend a late June night watching the Draft, talkin' Sens and then wanderin' down Elgin St to the next establishment of choice?

I'll be there with my friends. It's funny. We're STH and when we complained to the Sens team about the lack of draft party, they actually agreed with us that they should have and told us to go to this instead.

Instead we should have a draft lottery party to celebrate being the worst team in the NHL

We should takes from Edmonton and the Islanders...no one has more experience in throwing draft parties like they do. The Oilers had a draft LOTTERY party.

Best place to watch the draft is at home. Even though I must say this is the most exciting draft for Ottawa since 2001 when they had 2nd overall (Islanders) and 23rd overall (their own) and took Windsor teammates Spezza and Gleason.

I remember watching it on ESPN 2 in a dry cleaning place up in Indiana. House I was visiting didn't have cable so I had to find something nearby in the morning.

I don't have cable, otherwise, I might agree with you.

I was at the draft in Ottawa a few years ago and that was a really good time. Chanting 'trade' and Charles Wang playing up the crowd.

So yeah, I think it might be fun to hit up a draft party. Hopefully there will be a lot of people there.

Just moved back to Michigan not too long ago and dont even have cable. Im going over my buddies place to watch the draft even though hes going out that night to a basebore game, so basically ill just be at his place by myself watching it with a 12 pack, should be pretty sweet.

Your bf is a lucky man...

...unless that happens to be a picture of you in your avatar.

Don't think anyone here was bashing St. Louis... I just mentioned that I'm not a big fan. Maybe it's because I liked it better when it was the Celtic Cross.
