Yeah, I was thinking my Richards one was going to be a long time affair... I thought I might be wearing it long after others were bought and shelved... Twelve Year Contracts aren't any indication of jersey use length I suppose.

On the bright side though... I hated my Carter -- my one and only fake -- but it had a SCF patch on it that is now worthless. (sigh)

tough to see Richards in that pic I'm sure, but besides that I just wanted to say this has to be one of the sickest, amazingest jersey's I've ever seen.

whomever designed that, is a genius.

That is he first I've seen of the 2012 WC patch... I think we can safely say that that is a pure guess and will be nothing like the actual one. haha

I don't know if you are aware but it was designed for the 1930-31 NHL Season when the Quakers played their one and only season in existence... The name was changed while keeping the font, he stripes were altered a bit, and the color may have been tweaked .

I agree it is sweet and the Flyers Flying 'P' patch is a nice touch... I wonder if the Organization will accept the fact the fans want it and it goes along well with the retro jerseys the WC have had so far.

Here is the original Quaker design:

I'm planning on getting a Bryzgalov jersey soon from nhl.com (i want one this is definitely real) how long do they take to update their shop with new players jerseys. I only ask this because if i customize a blank one, it costs 20 dollars more.

I wouldn't buy one from NHL.com, they use the screenprint iron on crap.

On another note, I already bought my Couturier Drummondvile jersey and now am working on a Brayden Schenn Wheat Kings jersey and a Kitchener Landeskog jersey.

The best place is the Flyers Skate zone, I know the one in Voorhees, NJ has a pro shop that sends them out to the people that actually do the teams on ice jerseys. Whether other Skatezones do that I cannot deny or confirm. Other websites that you could look at are IceJerseys and RiverCitySports

Decided to go with a Schenn Team Canada jersey with an "A" and legit stitching. It'll take 3-4 weeks to be customized but for only $142, I won't complain.

Now I wait to see what number Landeskog is wearing in Colorado.

May I ask where you get these jerseys from? More specifically the Landeskog one.

The Couturier one is the only one I've been able to secure. You can get blank CHL jerseys and then find somewhere to customize them. Kitchener uses the same kit as the New York Rangers so it probably wouldn't be hard to get that done.

For those interested River City Sports has a sale on Edge Jerseys for $150. They do not have the Flyers current home and away but they have quite alot of other teams. I just bought an Avs one with Customization (Landeskog) for $209 with free shipping.

Also, they can customize Wheat Kings jerseys but you have to call and place your order.

MG jersey alert

Several game-issued Rbk 2.0 jerseys (road and home) available on MeiGray for a mere $225.

Get a $2 seam-ripper from A.C. Moore and remove the numbers/nameplate (easy to do since they are only stitched down on the background layer). Bingo...blank jersey ready for customizing!

Someone posted it on the Avs board. And then I looked into it, it was mentioned on Icejersey's forums. I then sent an email to Rob at River City Sports and he said "I have not heard that (2.0's at retail) officially but i am anticipating that to be the case when we get our fall bookings."

All the rumors I have heard and retailers who deal with RBK said the part numbers seem to be consistent with 2.0's coming to retail, although it has never been officially announced, probably because RBK doesn't want casual fans to think there is a difference.

Well the 2011 all-stars were all 2.0's from what I know, my retail one was and I haven't heard any different stories. And those are I believe the newest ones to come out.
