Switch from Cage to Visor

I'm going to turn 18 during my next hockey season and will most likely be switching to a visor. I just wanted to know what to expect and how difficult/scary the switch is.

Expect stitches and loose teeth.

Kidding aside, I am a goalie so I don't have much experience with this. Just that when my teammates started wearing half shields, they were 15/16 years old and said they were just more aware that they were exposed. Just be careful blocking shots

Pick yourself up a box of chicklet gum, and some super glue.
