It will be more like 45-55 points for D-Step, that would be a tremendous 2nd year if that happens

Wolski I feel is gonna have a good season for us.

Stepan I think will struggle in his 2nd year.

I can see Stepan getting 50-60 points next year. Probably 25-35. 25-40 would be phenomenal for a sophomore like him.

Stepan's not getting 40 assists next year.

If he does he's a number 1 center.

I see him hitting 50 points at the most. I'd be happy if he repeats this years performance.

I never said he definitely would, I said it would be phenomenal, but not definite.

50 points doesn't seem like much though, that's only a 5 point increase.

There are no words.

Datsyuk is not as good as Steve Yzerman.

Yeah, but as a 21 year old playing mostly 2nd/3rd line minutes that would be fantastic. 60 would be a revelation.

I could see him getting that IF we don't sign Richards and Gabby goes back to the one man goalscoring machine he was.

5 points wouldn't be much of a gain even with lower minutes. He'd most likely get more minutes, having already proven to be a good player. He'd probably get more PP time now.

With our blueline being a year older and our team hopefully more dangerous offensively which could keep the puck out of our end a bit more.... I will nominate King Henrik who will have 14 shutouts if he stays healthy .

Zuccarello

He looked very good at times, but also very weak at others. I think he'll be better prepared next year.

I think Dubinsky will have a big year. He will score 25G 46A.

Zuccarello, given that he gets a legitimate shot with this team, will at least double his production from last season if not more. The guy has taken huge strides in year two on every team and in every league he has played in.

Book it

At least one of Anisimov and Stepan will break 50 points, if not both. If Callahan plays at least 70 games, he will break 30 goals. If Dubinsky plays at least 80 games, he will break 60 points. Gaborik will reach 40 goals, with or without Richards.

At least one of our dmen will reach 40 points.

Hagelin will make the team, scoring 32 points in 82 games. Valentenko will make the team on the 3rd pair. Erixon will make the team and get time play on the PP, scoring 20+ points.

Forwards:

Gaborik (probably with Richards playing on a different line but I think he will be more motivated then ever).
Zuccarello (he showed some brilliant playmaking abilities last year and I think he understands what it's like to be an NHL player).
Anisimov (should hit 50-55 points this year)

Defensemen:
Tim Erixon (can't wait to see what this kids got, he should be a stud).

Callahan

If he play a full season I say he finally breaks over 30 goals.

I like the Hagelin pick I just think they will fill a LW spot with Feds or a UFA. I kinda hope they leave it open and let a kid win the job.

I will go with Dubinsky as I agree he will get top line minutes with Gabby and Richards(i hope)

Don't jinx Stepan with SS. He might be able to avoid an SS.

I was at that game in Boston, went crazy when he scored that awesome goal!

I'm predicting Stepan ends up playing LW on the top line with Richards and Gaborik and scores 35+35

I expect Erixon to have a fantastic rookie year, and MDZ to have a great comeback year.

Two awfuls! uh-oh!

...Based on?

What "people" need to "stop" doing is making baseless blanket statements like the one you made. You never know how things are going to shake out over the course of a season. I could see Stepan fitting nicely with Richards and Gaborik. Moving him to wing doesn't suddenly turn off his ability to read the play. Sure, it would be an adjustment, but it may end up being a great switch. It may not. I'm just kind of tired of the empty statements that are spewed as FACT around here. Let's wait and see, ok?

Thanks.
